Turns out they are not a GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND ARE ONLY LICENSED FOR PAINTING AND PRESSURE WASHING. I called the city of Jax out of curiosity as a condo owner to ask if they pulled permits for the job. They did NOT PULL PERMITS, and the city fined them $6,000 because they were not licensed to do this work. Pledgers got another Co. to cover them with a license, and continued the work. Now that they have reached my building they are refusing to do the work on my unit, discriminating against me, a SENIOR CITIZEN, since I called the building dept. on them. This Pledgers Co. are not truthful, and are breaking the laws of the City of Jacksonville.

He emailed me a detailed estimate and time frame. After our agreement, I was put on the calendar for the next week. I was very pleased with the estimate. The three painters pressure washed, caulked and painted to my greatest satisfaction. They came early and stayed late into the afternoon each day for 5 days. Tim of Ibis came right out to my home to give me an estimate. Then he actually followed up with a professional emailed estimate. The estimate described all areas to be painted & a detail of what is to be expected. His team arrived on the day I was told. The Forman Caesar was very easy to communicate with. They covered everything in my home. This was especially important to me because part of the job was painting my ceilings. They pulled all nails and patched the holes where I had pictures and mirrors. I was told the job would probably take 3 days. (was getting my whole house painted. ) They ended up finishing in 2 days. The work was very professional.
