Taking away stars would be a more accurate review of this hideous store. The employees are lazy with a capital L, don't come here if you want your time and money to be respected. Do you really need to have a conversation with your co worker in the middle of a transaction where I'm paying for your shoes? There was a bit of confusion since two prices were listed on the shows, $69 and $99. Once the item scanned $99, I brought this up and was told I had just missed their sale. I was upset since this was false advertisement, they had a product with incorrect price on the shelves. Are the employees here that lazy and inept to not change out incorrect misleading prices for correct ones? Don't waste your energy coming here, the employees drain your energy and time. read more

I've been to finish line before but my first time at this one was in 2004 during the holidays. Me and my brother (he's 2 years younger than me) came to this mall. They had some Nike swingman jerseys on sale for $39.99 so I bought a Dallas Mavericks jersey Dirk Nowitzki. It was $42 and some change and I still have the jersey. read more

i purchased 3 pair of polo casual shoes online (since we do not have a finish line in my town) for my husband as a gift for our upcoming cruise. got them for a great price and they looked great online that is. i received the shoes the actual shoe box was already ripped and looked used. i open the box and sure enough the shoes had skid marks and look dirty. looks like they been cleaned but not good enough. very disappointed and i purchased 3 pair and they all look like that. all 3 boxes are ripped and shoes looked previously worn. disappointed! read more

Went to all the shoe stores in the mall and found myself back at finish line once again. The staff is so friendly and professional.

Literally the worst experience ever coming here. I have never bought any type of running shoe like Nike or adidas or anything like that; but I needed some shoes of the sort for an activity. I came here wanting 3 different shoes. The service here was awful. I waited about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I finally went up to a girl and asked if I could get the size I needed in three shoes and she acted like I was bothering her. When she brought the shoes she stated there weren't any in my size in two of the pairs and didn't offer to try a different size or anything just walked off. I ended up trying on the remaining shoes and definitely needed a different size but the girl never came back so I went to the cashier girls(there were two, talking and laughing with a man the entire time I was there) and asked for a new shoe and size. The one who acknowledged I was talking to them acted bothered and went to get my shoe. It fit but I definitely wanted more shoes but I could not handle waiting any longer on bad service. I will definitely not be returning and this was an awful first experience with buying these type of shoes. Wish I could give negative stars. read more
