They did a great job within a reasonable time, and returned my truck washed, waxed, and detailed. It looks great! They also fixed a couple of minor issues at no extra charge! When I attempted to tip the worker who had gone the extra mile, he refused it, saying "You have to do good things for people. What goes around comes around." I admire and respect his attitude, and I won't hesitate to recommend their shop, although I hope that I have no further repair business with them. ;)

They claimed I needed a whole new passenger side fender and also said my doors weren't repairable, so they would need to get a whole new set of doors as well. Apparently what I asked for was unobtainable because their 'reputation' was more important, which was stated to me by an employee. After they took pictures and gave me a quote of about $3,400, I saw the quote papers had a bunch of other stuff they never even mentioned, such as repairing my windshield and back glass which are in perfect shape. This place rips off their customers for a quick buck, and I'm sure it was because I'm a girl. Very unprofessional.

I was an hour from home and my car started making the WORST sound after driving on a dirt road. It sounded like the worst grinding and screeching of brakes when I would drive. I called the shop and told him my issue and he said he was full today but could drive it and see if he could figure out what was wrong. As soon as he heard the sound he said "sounds like you got a rock stuck in there". I asked if he thought he could fix it tomorrow if I left it there overnight. When he heard I lived an hour away he made room to get me in today and sure enough, it was a rock stuck in my caliper. Fantastic service and very reasonable! So happy this shop was nearby!

I recently stopped by Morgan's Auto Service after my wife was involved in a minor car accident…read more There was a piece of plastic from the other vehicle lodged in the rim of the tire, and it looked like it could have punctured the bead. Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.
