It's been 4 months since this job was botched by Finish Line and they refuse to repair the damage they have done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm an 80 year old combat veteran who had to save almost a year to afford this system for my 12 year old car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Imagine what they'll do to you. I found out that just because they tell you they know how to install a Metra unit doesn't mean they actually do! They tried with 3 separate Metra units and NONE worked. Metra was kind enough to replace the unit twice. The last thing the owner/manager said on the 4th day of installation was "Just get it out of here ". The navigation system in my 2014 Jeep stopped working because Chrysler Jeep discontinued supporting the UConnect system. Coming from the Bay Area to Las Cruces, you never would have to worry about your car getting beaming hot from the sun. After moving to Las Cruces, entering your car, on a summer day, without tint felt like the devils butthole. This shop literally came to my rescue today!!! I had to have my truck battery replaced and was down the street getting a new one, and as soon as I heard my Finish Line installed alarm start squealing, I realized that I had not prepared for the battery replacement, and did not have my alarm fob to turn it off. Thankfully the Finish Line shop was open when I called for help and Marco sent one of the techs right away and he was so kind. To make a long story short, I took my Kia Sportage to Finish Line after a different shop did a horrible job installing an aftermarket Android/Apple CarPlay deck and backup camera. I provided the 'plug-and-play' stereo deck/conversion bezel/wires/kit and the owner Marcos had his techs remove/reinstall the poorly installed components including damaged parts that the previous shop was responsible for installing. It took two hours, but the Finish Line crew did an awesome job for a reasonable price of fixing a mess. The new deck with CarPlay is awesome and they replaced the backup camera with a better cam that came in the kit I bought from Amazon. Marcos and his team are the best. (Another customer with a tricked-out Porsche was a regular customer having work done too.) So whether your car is worth $10k or $100k, Finish Line has the professional skills, components and expertise to upgrade your ride. read more

Please do not take your vehicle here. They ruined the interior to my Mercedes-Benz. It is going to court i have to get an estimate from mercedes benz. They have to rip out whole back seats and reapply new cloth interior. The bill is going to be high. I showed finishline the damage. They said they would fix it even got my vin number to order parts. I had previous pictures to prove. The stains and bubbling of interior where damaged. I pulled out then went in to get a card and owners name. They had called the police department while I was in my car. Tried to accuse me of blocking vehicles. Then filed a criminal trespassing on me. Two of the officers could tell i was in disbelief. I did see the owner taking pictures of my car which i found strange. But had no clue he was calling the police. I went back in to find out when he would be able to fit me in. He said that he couldn't that day which was fine. The Segura family is well known for helping and founding pal in las cruces nm. This owner made the biggest mistake financially i was going to let him fix it. But putting a criminal trespassing on me forces me to go elsewhere. The judge looks at the damage and before car even starts getting worked on. Mercedes-Benz will need a check just in case these guys try not to pay. I think they where shocked that I had pictures. Also, there was an air bag cover that was taken off. One was laying in my back seat and another cover that doesn't fit. I have pictures of this too. Nobody is allowed in my back seat. I know the owner talked a lot about a mercedes he bought. i have to address that too. Two of the officers where professional the 3rd one was laughing and could tell he was siding with owner. Which really scared me pointing his fingure at me. They wanted to here my side but then again didnt the demeanor from one cop was odd. I grew up with las cruces police department cops did not take sides. He was extremely young. I will be contacting police department to report this behavior. I thought highly of this business because my dad brought in business for them. Also, trusting my father's judgement I never thought they where capable of doing such a thing. Cruces build each other up not call the police that is the most unprofessional thing you can do. I have shown people and telling all the small business owners who have taken their cars there. They are shocked and will not go there anymore. I am thankful for all the support everyone is showing me and maybe this will be a learning lesson on how to respect customers and their vehicles. Finish Line does more than install stereo's and that's what this review is about. I bought a new truck about a month ago and the dealership sent me to Finish Line to get my running boards and tonneau cover installed, once I was there I also decided to get the front windows tinted. While I was waiting I was able to watch the staff interact w/ the customers and they treated the customers with respect. The running boards were installed well, but the tonneau cover was sent from the manufacturer missing some pieces. Even though it wasn't their fault they gave me the window tint for free. The manufacturer was dragging their feet on sending a replacement, but the staff kept on them to send a replacement. The tonneau cover finally arrived and they kept me in the loop on when it arrived. I took my truck there thinking they were professionals,& was very disappointed in there work, So I pick up my truck & drive off & notice there's several water spots trapped between the tint & the glass so I turn around & take the truck back,It was close to 6:00 so I knew they were about to close for the day.So I talk with the guy about the water spots & he tells me that they will go away.So I'm not totally convinced because I have done some tint work myself in the past.but I figure I'll give them the benefit of the doubt & give it the ten days they said to dry,& yes it dried but left marks where the tint & water dried,Now my problem is I don't feel comfortable letting them do the job over again if they diden't care to do it right in the first place,& then just tell me it would go away,that's poor customer service if you see my point.I don't think I will ever go back!!! & will pay to have the job redone somewhere else.in my opinion the one star rating is to high,But there are no negative stars or they would have at least ten.I hope everyone that reads this.thinks twice before having any work done!!! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Finishline for about 10 yrs, & recently Marcos has given me some unsatisfactory service. I have sent in numerous customers throughout the years & feel like I should have been treated with respect & professionalism. I took my 1971 custom Chevelle to have a speaker system upgrade & specifically told Marcos what I wanted done. After two days I was picking up my vehicle & I noticed that the subwoofer box didn't fit in the middle of rear trunk deck, & work was not done as I specifically requested. Marcos told me that it wasn't his problem the way my system came out, & that upset me because I gave specifics of what I needed. He then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like it "I could pick up my f***in car". My car was left outside parking lot because he stated that he didn't have room for it, left my car keys hidden outside the car. Upon picking up my car, all speaker & power wires were yanked out & system was not fixed. I am very unsatisfied & will no longer take my business to them or refer any of my friend's or associate's to Finishline. read more
