I paid for the most expensive wash specifically because it advertised towel drying. That service was not provided. No one was there to complete it, and I was left to dry my windshield myself because the air dryer left a streaky film. To make matters worse, an employee saw me doing it--while heading out for a smoke break--and chose to ignore me completely. This is unacceptable. I've been going to this place for about four years as I used to work right around the corner and an old co worker told me about their package deals. In my opinion, you can't beat it. I pay something like thirty six dollars a month for unlimited washes. Admittedly, it's not the BEST car wash I've ever been to and the car isn't completely dry even with their blowers, but I finish the job when I get through it. For the money, in my opinion, it's well worth it. I'll probably let the membership go now that I'm retired and don't frequent the area much anymore, but I do recommend one of their packages by the month. Usually, when I see a carwash with a self-pay machine, I don't bother to stop. I once had a traumatizing experience with a suburban carwash where I inserted a $20 bill and it literally shot 20 dollars worth of quarters at me than all the teenagers around me started honking. It gave me little faith in car washes. But, my car was so dirty from city driving, that I just had it and needed a car wash. To my happiness, the pay machine didn't fail me. I went right in for the $15 wash after paying and being waived in by the attendant. Not sure if this is standard, but the wash had tons of colorful lights inside. The wash itself was fast and powerful. Also, even though I didn't have a hand-towel dry, the nicest gal waved me out with a big smile and told me to have a nice day. It was just really sweet. Just finished a long road trip . Went there to get a layer of grime and bugs off. Only paid for the express wash. Noticed the brushes weren't really touching the side of my car. Got out and looked at it and it wasn't any better than before. The attendant came out and looked at it, said the express wash doesn't do much on the sides or tires! Unreal! Finish line car wash is conveniently located in the heart of Solon and is easy to pull in to. I hate having to pay to have my car washed because it makes me feel lazy and I don't like having to pay for water. However, when you need a wash, you get a wash especially with the Winter weather. The staff smiles and waves as you enter and exit. The wash itself is very entertaining to watch with all sorts of flashing lights and different colors. I felt that the options were priced a bit too high. The midrange wash ($13), which didn't include much more than the base option ($8). Like I said, I don't like having to pay for water. Hand drying was an extra $3 but interior vacuums were free for you to use yourself. I did notice that they offered a rewards plan when you text P268 to 36000. I'll be curious to see what notifications I receive from this program. The wash overall was thorough and did get into all of the nooks and crannies. read more

Cars are packed into the car wash too closely together. My car bumped the one in front of me half way thru the car wash. The other driver and I didn't see any damage. Not worth the risk of an accident anymore. I'm going somewhere else. read more

A few times a month they have $5 specials for the hand washing portion, which does a good job with road salt. Be careful if you have any stickers or magnets on your car as the pressure washing can take them right off. Accepts credit cards or cash. Three option- do it yourself with a hose, auto drive through, and hand wash by employees. Also has vacuums available. read more

I have been a customer For years with this car wash. I got a car wash and my Brand New Mercedes is Damaged, and scratched, like SCRATCHED ALOT. The owner is REFUSING to take responsibility for the damage his facility caused. He is dodging questions and calls. I see other reviews that have Had damage to their cars as well. Very nice people, but I didn't understand that shampoo did not include upholstery, just carpet and mats. Since I also misread the expiration, and was a day late, I had to pay the full amount. Worst car wash I ever had and I paid $15. I got their Indy Wash and Hand Dry on Sunday, Jan. 24th. I drove a short distance home and realized that there was a white haze of salt on the sides and back of the car. I had to wash and dry them down. The problem appears to be that the top surfaces receive a soap bath before the brush work begins. However there is NO soap bath for the sides. What happens is some soap is added to the rotating brushes but they are filled with salt and grime from previous cars done. There should be a water rinse and soap wash on the painted surfaces before the brush work begins followed by a thorough water rinse and clear coat. I have spent $5 for the same type car wash in Aurora with better results... WHAT A RIP OFF!!! read more
