I had taken delivery from Denooyer new. Upon further inspection, even though tires are still in excellent condition the wear patterns look like the tires had never been rotated. Something I paid extra for. My mistake was apparently that I was seeing familiar faces from Caron Chevrolet the service level continuing. I believe I shall be moving on to somewhere else.

What Harrington said was right was right. I gladly paid them to diagnose a vechile, then they aligned it. People have gone to this shop with estimates from other shops and Harrington has fixed only what needs to done. I know multiple people and vechiles that have been one and done. This shop is worth dealing with.

I traveled all the way from Akron, Ohio to Henkel today (about 4 hours) to purchase a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 Daytona. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. When I arrived, they had the vehicle inside in a special area with a red bow on it (I had joked about the red bow with Jamie, whom I first spoke with during my initial call to the dealership and she made sure to put a red bow on the car...very nice touch). The vehicle was SPOTLESS inside and out. I've purchased six vehicles in the last three years and this was one of the best detailing jobs i've seen. Just amazing. My salesperson was Clay Lawrence. This is the guy you want when you go to Henkel. Trust me on this. Go to the dealership and tell them you read Kevin L's Yelp review (the guy who bought the 2018 B5blue 392 Daytona Charger) and that you want CLAY LAWRENCE to be your salesperson. The salesperson makes ALL the difference when you're purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. Clay went out of his way to accommodate me, especially with regard to price on the new vehicle and my trade. He really worked hard to meet my numbers. I was at the dealership for six hours (no one's fault, these things take time) and always it was a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure from Clay whatsoever. He was very easy to deal with, answered all of my questions and was very professional. We haggled a bit on my trade but that's perfectly normal at any dealership. They gave me very close to what I asked for, and they sold me the new vehicle for the exact price it was advertised for. Ultimately I got a great deal and was very comfortable with the purchase. I couldn't be happier. Now...would I drive fours hours again to purchase another vehicle from Henkel? WITHOUT HESITATION. And i'll make sure to ask for CLAY. First let me say, that these were very well-meaning people -I think. I'm a disabled veteran that…read moreneeded some help with my truck shocks/struts, I bought; it appeared easy enough on Youtube to do all my shocks and struts - NOT! I called got the owner and told him what I was looking for, he said to go see Kenneth, so I dropped by to see if they could help me with the fronts and I would do the back shocks. Kenneth got me scheduled and Jerry was a warrior putting on the front struts and I was happy to pay them. Jerry said "if you need help on the backs, give us a call." Prophetic; I got one on that took me 4 hours and waited to work on the other side in the morning - right. Obviously, I needed help so I drove back up there later, talked with Kenny and he said sure, c'mon back at 2 and we'll get her done. Showed up at 2, he was busy and asked (Jerry wasn't there) if I could make it the next morning at 10? Sure. He checked with the Office Manager and she said that would be ok. Got up the next morning and saw there was a voicemail from Kenny, he had a semi coming in at 10 could I come in right away, but it was 9:30 and so we agreed that Kenny would call me as soon as he was done....it got to be close to 4 and I had some running around to do so I drove by and no truck, nobody answering the phone when I called, so now I'm very unhappy. Called and left a message then decided I would call Furr Automotive on the other side of town (an old client and VERY good mechanic) he couildnt' get to me for awhile so call Person's Auto, which I did. (I didn't go to Furr originally because he's usually very busy - that hasn't changed) I would have loved to finish up the work with J Kelly's, but there is no excuse for bad manners and so I graded them as best I could. The next day Jerry responded to my voicemail - but the damage had been done and lost my business. Plus, Persons is veteran owned and he will get my business. if it's not tires don't call and if it is, good luck. Don't deal with Kenny. OH yeah; they have 2 billing rates $85 p/hour normal business hours labor rate and $125 "after hours" billing rate....make sure you use your stopwatch function on your phone to count the hours, they overcharged me, but I didn't dispute it cause Jerry really worked at the fronts I watched him and he deserved it.

Their strategy appears to be to get lots of business and be very popular by taking care of the customers with great service and low prices. And, they are very popular, very busy. That is what you want in an automotive repair shop - a place that is very busy, totally swamped, because they are popular and good. They are so popular that they may not be able to get to some things right away, they can get backed up, but they tell you all about the back up if there us one.
