Came back at 12:45 and my car hadnt yet even moved to the shop. At 1:00 pm I asked the guy sitting next to me what he was there for. He said he had been sitting there since 9:30 am to check his battery and alternator and they still hadnt pulled his car into a bay yet. I then spent five minutes at the front desk while two guys were in the back office socializing away just to get my keys back so I could leave. Apparently there is no point to making an appt. They were NOT busy. Two cars in stalls when I arrived. Counted 10 staff between front lobby and in stalls. Staff didnt care and lots of standing around socializing in stalls And on their phones. Front desk left unattended quite often. If you are the business owner of this site and tead this there is no way you are making money. The maitenance services that make the real money for you are being ignored. Staff costs compared to work being done there is no way a profit is being made.

Not only did he fly up on my rear bumper, but he also passed me in a double line no passing zone as I turned off the main highway (K-4) through Valley Falls. Not a good representation of your company RNR Tires. And not safe for the kids and families in Valley Falls. When I called to report this to the business the person who answered the phone responded by telling me that the driver stated you pulled out in front of him so thats what happened there. Then when trying to clarify that pulling out a quarter of a mile in front of someone in a 45 mile per hour zone is plenty of distance, the gentleman disagreed. Then when told the driver passed in a no passing zone did not offer any reassurance that this negligent driver would be addressed. If your drivers in your vehicles plastered with your company name are allowed to drive like this and you back them up, you are not going to gain business with that representation.
