I was required by my company during my annual physical to be examined by a dentist in order to deploy overseas. I had recently undergone a root canal in Saudi Arabia. During my exam, Dr. Jones realized the material used was not up to US standards, so she had to redo my root canal and do a restoration and crown. She also filled a couple of cavities and fixed a chipped front tooth. I had a cleaning done the next day. Nothing but praise from me. Everyone at the practice was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. They even worked their scheduling magic to get all my appointments to work with my schedule.

My husband got a cleaning but did not see the Doctor but received a bill as if he did. It was corrected but his next visit the doctor wasn't in the office and apparently BCBS says you have to see the Dentist if you had not seen one previous Visit in order to submit a claim. Well, the office waited until my husband arrived to say the Dr wasn't in, completely wasting his time. Me and my daughter's appointment was the following week. I'm a nurse and was asked if I had exposure to Covid and I honestly responded "yes" but they said they could not see me either unless we had negative test results. I get it. But this too could have been avoided by a simple screening process prior to my drive there. And, shouldn't they treat everyone as if they could potentially have it? People can lie and say they don't have symptoms when they do. And even a negative test result is just a snap shot in-time. Someone could still have it in spite of a negative test result taken one week ago. They need a better system.

Unfortunately, that turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made regarding my dental care, and I am no longer a patient there. During my time with them, I experienced repeated issues with billing and treatment recommendations. They consistently suggested procedures I had never needed in my life, and several of those recommendations felt unnecessary and were designed to maximize my insurance coverage rather than address my actual dental needs. They also charged for services I did not receive or need, and the overall cost was far higher than I've experienced with other providers. The quality of work was also disappointing. The dental bridge they placed failed in less than a year, which should never happen with properly done restorative work. When I attempted to resolve the issue, communication was poor. They later sent a bill to collections claiming they had contacted me multiple times, even though I never received those calls. Please use good judgment when selecting this office. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment plan. In my experience, they were more focused on money than on providing honest, high‑quality dental care.

I was reading great reviews, and it was great. An appointment was made for a few weeks from now. I had called and told them that I can only see one of the dentists who is in my insurance and network. I had an issue with one of my teeth and called to see if I could get in any earlier. I came to find that the doctor I was scheduled with was not on the website anymore. I asked the person on the phone, and they were very confused about who I was talking to. I come to find that they just started. I understand that they are new, but as a business, would it be good to let them know that there were three doctors there and have left recently? Also, really, you can not call your patients and let them know that their doctor has moved to another location. I would have gone out there and then realized that and had to leave, and it's a long drive for me. It was not right not to inform them participants of a huge change like that, and on top I even have in my file that I can only see one as of my assurances. So I have found the doctor that I wanted to see and can now get in even earlier, so that is a plus, but really, please inform your customers before the day of the appointment of a huge change like that.

And you have to put a $100 deposit, some gal said if you cancel at last min/day before they keep that deposit, so I knew I didn't need that cleaning and canceled like 2 weeks in advance and they never refunded our money until Jan 2025, when I contacted them to complain. We finally got out $100 deposit back this month Jan 2025, my tooth pain hardly went away, I contacted this office several times and NO RESPONSE!! Mean time my husband who was in the waiting room, also heard Dr Patel saying to least a few other patients, you need a deep cleaning. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
