They were easy to talk through everything with they were able to get my ASAP. They got it done in one day. And here's why I would say I would give them more than five stars if I was able to. When they went to go install the new window, the wrong window was delivered to them and by wrong I mean the windiw tint was the wrong tint . They took it upon themselves to call me immediately and talk through that. They even contacted a window tinting company and had the window correctly tinted at no additional cost. It was an honest mistake not even a mistake. It was just an accident instead of them saying hey sorry bring it back another day or we have to keep it for longer. They went above and beyond and asked if it was OK for them to go get the window tinted correctly.!

Often times when my SIL called, they didn't know what car he was talking about or they didn't know what was going on with it. Then, to his surprise, they had taken the Jeep to their shop in Newark without first discussing the move with him. Just this last Friday, (12-29-23) my SIL found out (from the insurance company) that it had just been torn apart and it was totaled. This after 4 months of being lied to and being lead to believe that progress on repairs was being made.
