It was also easy to set up a mutually convenient date and time for a home visit. Cost and payment: Reasonable and seemingly on-par with competitors. Susan offers a discount for new clients' first booking. An invoice was emailed to me. Payment includes credit/debit and Paypal, and I was able to pay right online. Meet and Greet: She and Mary came for the visit (4 days before I left) to meet us and get acquainted with the routine. They took notes (vet info, med info, fave toys, likes/dislikes) and were super easy to talk to - just like old friends. I felt completely at ease handing them my keys. They also interacted with my pets. My bird is pretty chill, but I have an I-Dont-Give-a-F spunkier 6 y/o cat and an elderly 20 y/o Princess Fussypants. Who knew that Miss Priss would go crazy over a laser pointer?! Mary, that's who! It was hilarious to see my old girl run around: I didn't think she had it in her! Hah.
