When asked why he would not see him he tried to redirect the question and would not give us an answer. My dog was loosing an immense amount of blood and it was expressed multiple times we could not find any other care. When we asked what to do next the he told us that he should be fine if we just wrapped it up for the night or take him all the way to Nashville. If I had not gotten help from the local Humane Society my sweet Dallas would not be here today.

Additional concerns- both dogs have come home twice with upset stomachs, not present for drop offs and have had to change travel plans, unprofessional dialogue and blaming of other staff by the owner. As a fellow business owner, I would hate for my clients to receive the same consideration we did. Everyone has bad days, which is why we gave multiple chances but once the overall safety and care of our dogs were directly compromised, we will not be back and we do not recommend if your pups are family to you.

My wife and I are trying to get into a different apartment but the management company demands a letter from our vet on our cats temperment. I asked the vet for this letter but was told I had to bring the cat in. This was a great problem for me but the people at our vet didn't care. On the phone I was told the letter would cost 28 dollar but after the visit we were told we also had to pay for an exam which brought the bill to 92.75. Really, this fro the people that tells me every time seeing my cat how great he was. I'm sorry but seems money is most Important to these people. My advice, find a different vet.

Did not feel comfortable leaving our small dog in one of the kennels at the park since they were more suitable for larger breeds. Nana Toni took great care of our dog for the few hours we were gone. She is so sweet and kind hearted. Her house is located right on the way to the cave- super convenient! Highly recommend her services!
