I walked in the front door and a woman behind the counter, appeared to be unboxing some items. I said "Hi", and she annoyingly said (like i was interrupting her), ' Can I help you?" I told her I was just stopping in to see if this would be a good fit for my dog while we're traveling and she replied "have you registered yet?" I said, no, but what are the requirements? She said, you need to register and then stated that all vaccines were required and she named them. She was so abrupt and rude, it was an instant turn-off. I was shocked that she didn't reply with a Hi, hello or a welcome-in after I initially said "hi". A tour would have been nice, but she obviously wasn't going to take the time for that! Sorry K9 Resorts... you don't deserve our business. Not really sorry.

After just our consultation with them, Lucy was 100% better on the leash and now she loose leash walks everywhere. I also really appreciated that they customized the training for us and for our dog. Lucy has a lot of idiosyncrasies and her behavior didn't always make sense, but Lauren and Jim worked with us to find something that worked specifically for our dog and our situation. Not only were they great at helping us figure out what worked for our dog, but they were honestly just a great time to be around. Training with an energetic dog can be frustrating but they were always extremely helpful and just fun to be around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of dog training services!

When I picked up my dog, they rushed me to leave. I needed vet papers that was there. Still waiting for them. Please think about it before you leave your fur kids there. I do not recommend them at all. Kathy the owner is very sweet, she needs larger kennels for all the dogs. Even if you ask for a tour they won't show you the area I was in. You wouldn't leave your pet. Do your homework ask your vet. Take a full tour open doors really look around. I just walked in where dogs were. They didn't invite me in. Please be a good pet parent.

The owners suggested bringing him for a few days of daycare to try it out. He was nervous at first but the ladies here are INCREDIBLE and it's evident that they loved our dog like he was their own pup. He did great during the 8 days at the resort. Being able to see photos of him having fun through the daily posts on the Facebook page made us feel at ease while we were away. We will most definitely bring Ranger back again whenever we travel out of town. 10/10 recommend!!!

I brought her to SPA and they told me that her eyes were clawed and scratched so bad and she had a broken jaw. She also had icicles on her face, ears and paws. they told me if I kept her that they would take care of the whole vet bill and her medication for her eyes. her jaw had to heal on its own. they determined she was about 8 weeks old. I still have her to this day and she is now 9yrs 5 months old. SPA is nothing but the best. everyone is kind, courteous, caring, loving people. they are also very professional and they keep the animals safe and their place very clean. you must remember that most of all their staff there are volunteers and work very hard. so if you are going to complain, go volunteer and then come back and write a review. all that gave bad reviews should be ashamed of yourselves. I volunteered there and completely understand how much hard work it takes to care for all those precious animals. Instead of complaining, go "VOLUNTEER" Stephanie C
