Took both my Lhasa Apso boys in with outgrown hair and left them with Toni who is always miraculously calm, I don't know how she does it, and got them back smelling pretty but not too strong, which I prefer, she's great about my sensitivity to perfume (so tedious). They now look tidy and don't seem at all stressed, which is the main thing, and they'll be so tired after all the excitement that they'll have a good sleep. Was visiting Mammoth Cave and needed a place to leave our dog for a few hours while we did a cave tour. Did not feel comfortable leaving our small dog in one of the kennels at the park since they were more suitable for larger breeds. Nana Toni took great care of our dog for the few hours we were gone. This lady is nothing more than a dog thief. my step mother trusted her to board her puppy while she was in the hospital and when she got home Toni refused to give Mocha Joe back and refused payment. my step mother just lost her fur baby her and my dad had before daddy passed and was griev so much that she was gifted Mocha. she got sick and had to go to the hospital.Toni had taken care of their dogs in the past with no issue but for what ever reason she decided to keep this one, to resell no doubt. I would not take my fur baby to her under any circumstances. you may not get it back. it takes a very low down person to do anyone like that let alone a supposed friend. My stepmom is devastated and now we have to go through the county attorney to press criminal charges for theft. I'm only leaving 1 star because it's the only way you can leave a review. read more

We are so happy to have found Toni! We were driving through Cave City to visit Mammoth Cave and needed a "doggy daycare" option for our Westie. We read the other reviews about Aunt Toni and thought we'd give her a try. She was so lovely and kind. You could tell she genuinely loves animals. She took great care of our pup and allowed us to have a marvelous time exploring the caves! We would definitely use her services again. read more

"Aunt Toni" or "Nana" as she's known to her babies (her doggie customers) was a life saver for us. We left our little GSP pup at the kennel at the park hotel kennel during a 3hr cave tour. She was so unhappy going in and we couldn't enjoy our tour because we were worried about her. When we came back to her, she was frantic and was afraid that we'd abandoned her there! She is crate trained but this kennel certainly didn't feel like her comfy area at home. We were all set to cancel the tour we came there for, the Wild Cave Tour, which we were going on in a couple of days. While driving back into town from getting some groceries, we saw this place next to Joe's Diner. We called the number and Toni was wonderful. She talked about all her dogs like they were her children and said that our pup wouldn't be left alone and would have other dogs to be friends with too. We set it up and when we dropped off our dog that morning, the dog loved her right away and the entire floor is pretty much set up for dogs to play. She has a play pen area for them too and tons of toys for them to sniff and play with. Our dog is a very energetic breed so Toni kept her with her instead of with the smaller dogs in the play pen for some of the time. When we came back to pick up the dog 7ish hours later, our dog was happy as she always is. Nothing like when we came to get her at that kennel! If I could give 6 stars I would. The price was great, especially compared to doggie daycares in my city - no credit card but that was fine. She also does grooming but as I understand it, she mostly grooms smaller dogs. I don't think there is a size limit on the daycare though. She needs to be recommended to all owners whose dogs hate those kennels at the hotel. read more

Toni's is the absolute best! She did such a great job with our dog he had a blast. We dropped him off to get groomed and to be watch for the day while we enjoyed caving. I am certain she treated him as one of her own. He was reluctant to leave. She has a heart of gold and a passion for her work. Her prices are fantastic I highly recommend her. read more

I took my 25lb schnauzer poodle mix here October of 2017. I asked her NOT to trim my dog so closely, she buzzed him so close you could see his irritated skin. To top it off, she cut my dogs ear. It took a long time to heal because the cut was so deep. When I touch the tip of his ear where the cut was, I can still feel the scar tissue one year later. She seems like a nice woman, but I definitely wouldn't trust her a second time. read more

Camping in Mammoth Cave National Park & wanted to tour the cave, so I needed somewhere to leave my pup, Bernie, since the free kennels at the National Park are really only suited for larger breed dogs. I had my 2 dogs and wanted to tour Mammoth Cave and needed to find a nice place to drop them off while I toured the cave. Toni's dog grooming is right on the way to the cave and is easy to find. Toni did a great job with our pups, and she was so nice. We're moving from the gulf coast to the northeast, and we decided to drive with our two pups. We wanted to see mammoth cave national park, but we didn't want to leave our dogs in the car while we took a two-hour tour. Since they needed to be groomed anyway, we called Toni and had the dogs bathed and groomed while we were at the cave. She did a good job for a very fair price. Note that Toni only accepts small dogs. read more

ONLY TAKES SMALL DOGS! Toni was very prompt in returning our call and cares very much for "the babies" she cares for. Unfortunately, we could not use her service because she only takes small dogs. I did not see anything on her information about this so I felt it needed to be put out here so others don't call her only to be disappointed. read more

I used this pet sitter for 2 days in June 2019. When I picked up my dog at the agreed upon time, no one was home. We called , waited ,etc and we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us. After waiting outside in our car for a half hour with no response from this owner, my husband found an open side door. So he went in and grabbed our dog and we went on our way. About an hour later she called and said she was at the dentist and wanted us to turn back and pay her. We were well into our trip by then, so agreed to send her a check. That night our 17 pound dog got violently ill. Throwing up and diarrhea in our hotel room. When I took her to the animal hospital, I called Toni and asked what my dog had eaten. She did not return my call. My dog was on antibiotics for 10 says and we had $150 vet bill. Would not recommend someone who does not let you know she is not there when you pick up your animal. My dog obviously ate something she shouldn't have instead of the food provided. read more

I was referred to Toni by my daughter. My daughter was short at the register in a grocery store and was about to put items back when the cashier told her the lady behind her paid her bill! So I decided Toni shall have my business! I take my Yorkillon there and Toni always takes good care of him. Pookey seems to really like it there. Today I said I may be longer getting back to pick Pookey up, and she said that was fine and to take my time.....Pookey would be better there than waiting in the car while we went in and out paying bills, etc. We ended up getting in a long line on the interstate after an accident and were very late. She never charged me for the extra time. She always gives him a needed bath and clips him just the way I ask her to. I couldn't be happier! read more

Toni was super nice. We dropped our dogs off in the morning so we could go to Mammouth Cave for the day. We are from upstate NY and knew we could not bring them on tours of the caves. When we picked them up and headed out for a 3 hour drive toward home, they slept the whole 3 hours. That means they had a great time.
