I then had a revision rhinoplasty and that hasn't been as successful so far. I won't go into great detail regarding that, but he's performed the revision twice because he promised to stay with me to get my nose to an acceptable look. The doctor is patient and kind as well as sympathetic to my needs, however, I wonder if this is something that he's either not skilled to perform, afraid to perform or my issue is worse than he originally thought. Will update after my next follow-up appointment. I was referred to him by a top Newbury St, Boston facial plastic surgeon that was honest and said he couldn't perform the surgery but said Dr. D may be able to. He provided me with the names of two surgeons who he thought could fix my problem and I admit, after talking with Dr. D, I never even went to see the other surgeon because Dr. D said he could get me to 95% satisfaction of where I wanted to me and he was close to where I live. Maybe that was my mistake? The office staff are all so kind and nonjudgemental and I wouldn't even go there if the office people treated me poorly. I'm very fond of the doctor, but I'm not sure he has the skill to perform complex revision rhinoplasty.

She took my reviewed my pharmacy info. I thought ok, I'll wait . Nothing for several weeks ... so called again, asking about the refill and asking them to return my call whether or not they would refill before appt. A week or so later NOTHING! Not even a courtesy callback. I am sure I have spent at least 20k, between surgery, services and products and I am not afforded a simple call back! I will find another doctor! It got worse. She asked me to come back in to meet w Dr.Samaha. I took off work and drove an hr in traffic and he couldn't be bothered to show up, I guess . I was told he would call me and he never did. How dare any Doctor ignore a patient of their practice like that. Extremely unprofessional I was told I need cheek fillers and that's why I look so bad. my eyelids didn't do this naturally. This is your mistake. You killed the muscle and caused my eyelids to sag . I was never offered a refund. I had to cancel my first vacation in 11 yrs bc it looks so bad. Furthermore, I asked for my medical records, signed the release, emailed and called and they refuse to release them to me. This was may 16th 2023 that i requested them. It is now June 9th and i have not received them. So I can't even get another Doctor to look at this and see what was done. For 5 years they were great ,but this is unacceptable. I still look half asleep and 5 yrs older than I did. No apologies, no compensation, and my next step is to seek legal advice.
