A few days ago as guests were arriving in my home, I noticed one of the plants ($60), was dropping leaves and upon closer inspection i could see it was completely overrun with fungus. It clearly was sold this way, which can happen in a large shop. I had no.time to take it out of the planter and run back over and I couldn't leave it as I have multiple other plants which it could have infected. I took several pictures and threw it away. I got to the shop days later explaining what happened and showing the pictures. I simply wanted to choose another plant, I wasn't even asking for a refund. They refused to do a thing. They said I had to bring the plant back to them. Seriously?? I had guests for days and multiple other plants it could have infected. So I was supposed to put it in a garbage bag and leave it in tbe corner of my apartment for a few days to continue to rot?? This was an awful way to treat a good customer. I will never return and will steer anyone I know away from purchasing in this shop because of this treatment.

He said they need to make substitutions because some of the flowers are seasonal and not available. He also said since I picked a cheaper version they had to use less novelty flowers to stay in the price point. If they could not duplicate what is shown on the website in a smaller version, then the picture should be removed or I should have been notified.
