We ordered an arrangement through DoorDash for our mother, but they sent the wrong item (even though it was beautiful--just the complete opposite visually of what we had been looking for). Got to love ROSA ROSA ! I was a bit intimidated to walk in here at first because you never know if your walking into $5 a rose florist aka shell out cash but this place is far from that. Prices are CLEARLY LISTED at the front door even before you come in and once inside they have all the prices for everything stated! They really take time in making sure the arrangement looks "good." They add extra leafs and supplemental stuff like bows free of charge which you won't get at the corner bodega florist. I highly recommend coming here. read more

I called this morning around 8am to ask if I can pickup a small bouquet by 9am. It was one of the few flower shops open at that time near my place and I was really happy when Mohammed told me 'of course' in a warm, friendly tone. What I love most about this place is the decoration - for just $20, I got a beautiful bouquet of pink roses (photo attached). I love this place!!! In love with the floral arrangements they do. I had walked by looking for a bouquet when I saw through the window the mini bouquet they had done. I didn't want anything big or too simple on such a short notice. The mini bouquet was simple enough for what I was looking for and very accommodating to any additional request I had. He asked me what my budget was, and when I told him, he made me the BIGGEST bouquet I've ever seen at that price point. It looked like it could have been worth a hundred bucks at a different florist. Not the best customer service. I came in and asked for ranaculus and I am assuming the owner was the one I was speaking to. He didn't greet me me even acknowledge what I said or asked for. I had to ask for a second time "are you going to show me?" And he just ignored me and began to fix his bag, put his headphones away, and talk in Spanish for someone to go downstairs and get the ranaculus. When the ranaculus finally came up, they looked wilted and not in the best of shape. So I left. Customer service and quality get 2 stars. read more
