First of all, the online store is massive and the showroom displays are pretty limited both in styles and variety of brands. Kohler had the most variety. Although limited in size, everything is visually appealing, so I don't really mind seeing fewer options. The real reason I took off 1 star is because they were unable to order or get any information for certain items displayed on their website.
