I couldn't believe how $$ it was but I haven't bought paint I forever so I figured yikes but this must be what it costs. Today I used the paint. I am so disappointed in the lack of quality. I was painting white over another previously painted white that had yellow hue I did t like. So easy, right? White over white? Well it's going to need another coat. The paint had such high odor. I felt nauseous and had to stop .the paint didn't cover the molding nicely. It's got streaks , dark areas light areas. It splattered a little .I'll have to do the whole thing over again tomorrow. I plan on visiting the store to discuss a fair resolution. BTW sane paint $20 LESS at Home Depot. So while I still feel it's so important to support local small businesses I do not advocate getting ripped off and steered wrong. I hope they will make it right.

We were told he was working on it and I could get it later. My wife Went back today 3days later....again met with complete rudeness by Frank. Let him know it was not nice to keep bumping my husband to take care of contractors. I was informed the morning is for contractors!!! I asked if the store said that with morning hours for contractors only? Let him know we were trying to be supportive to local businesses and didn't appreciate being treated like we were garbage. We spent $200 dollars on 3 gallons and a quart. When I went to leave, I noticed the gallon was in the wrong finish. I asked frank and he said that's what I showed him. I explained that's impossible as the only paint label I have is the one I showed him. So I showed him again. He replied" man I'm not arguing with you but that's not what you showed me". He's 100% wrong, rude and disrespectful and I'm disgusted. My husband was patient and kind. And was bypassed for and hour then rudely spoken to them not taken care of. I am normally happy to pay more to shop locally and support the community, but, I'm done with this place. We just moved into our new home and hired Perfection Painting to help us paint our whole house…read more Dikran and his crew painted the entirety of our interior and also helped us with other household projects including hanging light fixtures, installing new doorknobs, bathroom grouting, mounting tv's, etc. The team was efficient and friendly; we completely trusted them to work in the house when we couldn't be home. Dikran in particular went above and beyond to help us settle into our new home. He helped with so many projects, big and small. Dikran constantly ran to Lowe's, the paint store, etc. to grab materials for us. The paint work and the additional projects all turned out amazing and our new house now really feels like our home thanks to Perfection Painting. They are diligent and pay close attention to detail. I needed my whole house to be repainted with a new bay window put in. I also wanted extra cedar shingles to be placed in my roof gable, I also had a lot of squirrel damage:holes and cracks and boards that needed to be replaced. They delivered on every job and on every aspect for my home! My husband and I are so happy with the finished product!
