I 1st came across this salon on a IG post and then my daughter sent it to me on tik tok. I finally decided to give a try. I called to make an appt. Early morning, like I like it. It is located in a plaza anchored by Aldi on OBT and Weatherbee. Plenty of parking. I was the 1st one to arrive, 9:05am, they open at 9am. I was greeted immediately. I told them I wanted a wash, deep conditioner and cut and definitely rollers and flat iron. We got you. (in spanish of course) But first, coffee, where can I buy coffee and some bread? We got you. Cafesito y pan served in a real cup and saucer with a tiny croissant. I am not sure they do this all the time or it was because I arrived so early, but it was wonderful. Carmen, took really good care of me. She scrubbed my hair and scalp so well, I was immediately relaxed. Deep conditioner under a heating lamp. Rollers, and the hot hair dryer. They checked on me often. I was fine. I am used to this and missed it. She blew my hair out first then flat ironed it and after, she cut for the most precision.
