On top of that, I was charged $74 because of my hair length, even though the online booking showed $50. I contacted the salon about my experience and was told someone would be getting back to me. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't received a call or any follow-up. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and customer service. A simple phone call or an effort to address my concerns would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that never happened, and I can't recommend a salon that doesn't stand behind its services.

Not only did she see my vision but only with two sessions, my hair looks just how I wanted and the best part is that it's so healthy!! She's so sweet and makes you feel like you've known her forever. Now, if I could leave 0 stars I would…read more I went to Amy, ( one of the salon owners) on June 24, 2025 expecting professional results and instead walked away with a mess! The photos speak for themselves--uneven color, harsh banding, and an overall patchy, brassy mess that looked nothing like what I asked for or expected from someone at her level. The worst part wasn't just the visible damage, but the emotional toll it took. I spent days crying, feeling ashamed to go out in public, scrambling to find someone else to try and fix the damage done. It's definitely taken a toll on my confidence. While Amy did refund me after I requested it, the refund doesn't erase the stress of this experience as she should have never let me leave the chair like that in the first place. Please think twice before booking--especially if you're trusting someone with color. This experience was nothing short of heartbreaking.
