Fortunately I did not have to call them for an emergency but spent time at this location while working on a project for my work and had the honor to interact with some of the firefighters. Professional, respectful and helpful, they were a pleasure to work with. I hope that no one in the vicinity ever needs to call upon their services but it's got to be great to know you are in such good hands in an emergency.

They were yelling and not listening to the people. And when one person was burned with a chemical reaction from the airbag, they placed ice on the burn without washing the chemicals off resulting in more skin tissue damage.thry were not listening. Something needs to be done to ensure our first responders are given enough rest. I am not sure if the skin burn would not have been so bad if someone would have rinsed the burn right away instead placing ice on the burn site directly. People say it's ok over time skin grafts and physical therapy will help.

It wasn't precisely the exact cost but it was close. I arrived on schedule and it took about 5 minutes to get the finger printing lady to show me into a room to get my prints. It was fairly easy and quick and I was given a receipt and I was on my merry way. The front lobby was clean and open and people were professional. I'd come again to do the Live scan again if needed. Currently they are looking for police officers to fill positions so if you want to move laterally they'll pay you $20k bonus to do it.

Yvonne Llamas was unhelpful and appeared unwilling to assist me from the beginning. Because I needed assistance in Spanish, another employee was initially asked to help, but when Ms. Llamas became involved again, the interaction continued to feel unprofessional and discourteous. I understand that public service employees can be busy and deal with many requests throughout the day, but members of the public deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. A more courteous attitude and a willingness to help would have made a significant difference. I hope management reviews this feedback and continues to emphasize the importance of providing professional, respectful service to everyone who comes in seeking assistance

My child was refusing…read moreto attend school and was finally convinced to see his counselor to find out if he had anxiety. We weren't asking for 504 accommodations, but he received intervention in the form of the resource officer who asked him a leading question after my son would not admit to suicidal ideation, "if you wanted to kill yourself how would you do it?" The boy's flaw was not depression but people-pleasing, so the resource officer drove him off-campus to the children's hospital before leaving me a voicemail. When the emergency room called for insurance information, they wanted to know why he wasn't brought in by a crisis action team or an ambulance.
