Bravo was prompt and their quote was very reasonable. Probably the lowest as compared to all the others and they can get me in pretty quick. After I received the quote I had several questions that the rep was able to address over email. Finally got my fence install scheduled. I could even pay my deposit (50%) with a card without any fees. I got a reminder a day before my install, and the material was dropped off ahead of time. On the day, the installer (single guy since it was a small job) got to my place on time and got to work. He pulled down the old fence and installed the new fence with ease. There was no damage to my property, the fence was installed perfectly and it looked great. I would highly recommend Bravo for any fence project. They do their stuff right and their price is very reasonable. I also had their painting team come out to stain my fence (and my deck). They usually work with Sherwin Williams and Behr water based stains but I asked them what it would take to do an oil based stain. While a little more expensive they were able to accommodate my needs and get my fence and deck looking fantastic (they will pressure wash a few days before and stain after the wood has dried - 2 days at least). The wash, stain, labor and materials is all included in the price they quote. We had some scheduling challenges due to weather but their staff was super accommodating to make sure they come out at the right day/time. Highly recommend.

Not only did he weld the broken handle that broke where the manufacturer had attached two pieces of the lawnmower handle together using a bolt leaving a weak joint. Matt also fabricated a custom metal pipe 1/2 that overlaps each side of the break to reinforce the repair. I hired William Bullock of Uncle Buck's Painting & Restorations to do a paint job for me as a…read moresubcontractor. He asked me for a 50% down payment, which I paid him via Zelle. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision as he basically ran off with my money, and did not do the job. What happened was that my customer had a deadline for the job to be done, and William didn't order the paint in time, so the customer canceled the job. He said he was waiting for my down payment before ordering the paint, so I don't fully blame him for the paint not arriving in time. The main reason I'm dissatisfied is that he did not refund my down payment after the job was canceled. We're talking about over $2,000 here! He basically returned the paint he ordered and kept the money. I tried asking him nicely on multiple occasions to give me the down payment back, and he refused at first. After asking him multiple times, he agreed to give me the money back in installments. This was not ideal for me, but I agreed to accept the payment in installments because he said money was tight for him. The only problem is that it has been months now, and he has only given me one installment of $400 back. I keep asking him to make another payment per our agreed upon schedule, but at this point he is so late on his payments that I have basically given up hope of ever getting my money back. I also tried contacting Zelle to get me my money back, but they said that they can't help me as Zelle is more or less like cash. At the end of the day, what he did was basically theft and totally unacceptable. I highly recommend thinking twice before giving him a down payment. If you do decide to, at least don't do it via Zelle.
