Reliable signed a contract with me and violated that contract through a rate hike, I called and they can't do anything about it and so you have to go through Brinks which is horrendous. Beware of what you're signing up for. It's 2018, do yourself a favor, use NEST aware or one of the smart home devices company. These legacy companies should seize to exist.

I had ADT for 4 years. It costs about $80/month for two cameras. The cameras intake videos to a…read morecertain point, and then they stop working. At the end of the month, I had to delete unneeded videos so the cameras would continue to gather data. The SWAT Team and Bearcat came and were in my driveway. They arrested my next door neighbor. ADT missed everything. They stopped working 2 weeks before the police activity. My 12 Ring Cameras caught everything on my property, for only $22 a month and less maintenance. I called ADT to cancel, and they gave me a hard time. They did not want to cancel my membership. I firmly said "just cancel the service, ok! Just cancel it!" and hung up. They ignored the request and refused to cancel it. Two weeks later I called back and they told me they refused to cancel it because I hung up and refused to hear their sales pitch. They tried to hold me hostage while they went thru their sales script. And tried to ignore the call when I refused to listen. Don't use this company. You can find better deals elsewhere.

I am 100% certain I did NOT knowingly agree to or sign a contract committing me to that term. I have asked ADT to produce the actual executed contract they claim I signed, including my signature/e-signature record, the date it was signed, and the specific contract term I supposedly agreed to. Until they can produce that documentation, I dispute that I owe ADT any early termination fee or remaining contract balance. What makes this even more disturbing is that I am apparently not alone. There are other consumer complaints describing disputes over long-term ADT contracts and contract extensions they say they did not knowingly agree to. Consumers: DO NOT simply take someone's word for what you're signing. Get a copy of every document and contract term before allowing ADT to install or change anything.

We had to troubleshoot that for ourselves. Then they surprised us with a $90 bill. No warning that it would cost us $90. NO disclosure before they came out, nothing. They said they would report us to the city and collections if we didn't pay their bill that we never agreed to or knew about in advance for a product we don't want and that was never explained to us how it works. Customer service is 0. I would stay away from them. Seriously we would if we could but apparently they will send us to collections and to the city if we don't use their services. Lovely....

I told him about the baseboard heaters not working and he suggested that we have a contract to work from : I know what I know what to expect. He was like a Sherlock Holmes as he began eliminating possibilities. When he located the issue it seemed to be a wiring issue, done by a different tech. It was not properly grounded, so Don got right on it , fixed it and viola the heat was on. They are certainly not the cheapest but you know it will be the best.

I told them exactly were he stuck the money. So for this reason I would never higher them. It tells me either he was the owner or they don't do back ground checks. Sad!!!!
