7 June 2023. I had Kelan from Willis Installs come out to my house and survey my garage where we were looking to have a projector mounted to the ceiling for our Golf Simulator. Kelan came out last Saturday, told me the projector mount to buy and other items to have the job done right. Came out today at 5:30 PM to do the install. I am totally satisfied with his work and professional experience ensuring that the projector was hung properly, wires all secured and even configured the settings to make the picture sharp and cover my entire screen. Reached out to a couple places through Yelp, and Kelan with Willis Installs got back to me very quickly. He was willing to come out the next day (a Saturday) and get both tvs hung, which I really appreciated, as I had a guest that flew into town and was hoping to have the rooms all set up. Kelan got right to work, was very kind and professional, and even adjusted the height on one of my tvs with no issue after the initial install was a little lower than I had wanted it. He was prompt, and efficient (would've been done really quickly if one of my tv mounts wasn't being a giant pain to assemble - not his fault!! Lol). The installer hung two of my TVs. He accidentally damaged one of tv screens when the battery of his drill fell off and hit it. Accidents do happen and I probably wouldn't write a negative review had he owned up to it. After some discussion, he did agree to not charge me for that portion of the install. Since I had to replace a damaged 70" TV...I thought that was appropriate. The second TV was hung successfully however I didn't notice until after he left that he bolted down my HDMI cable to the wall when he secured the mount to the wall.
