I'm not a butcher, but I am a hunter and I get 1-3 elk processed every year. Never had this problem before. I asked for thick steaks, 2 roasts and the remainder ground. After I left, I realized they didn't include my game bags, the good, expensive ones - microfiber. So I called and asked if they could send them to me. He said, "Oh. We just throw them away." I then told him this place sucks and he told me to "Fuck off!" So, there you have it.
