The occasion: viewing the incredible "Keith Haring: Grace House Mural" exhibition at MCA Denver back in 2021. Towards the end of my visit, I went upstairs to the rooftop and purchased a bottle of Big B's organic lemonade. Organic ingredients include lemon juice, cane sugar, whole lemons and apple juice, along with filtered water and natural flavor. What I loved about this lemonade is the citrus essence was great, it was not cloyingly sweet (more moderately sweet), and the apple juice gave it a welcome, totally different taste not found in most lemonades. Drinking this delicious lemonade was a great way to cap off an enjoyable visit to the museum. On a different note, I didn't realize Hotchkiss, Colorado is actually closer to Utah than Denver. It's about 236 miles away from Denver. But if I'm ever taking a road trip, I would like to visit Big B's Delicious Orchards.

Then they got the order wrong it had milk instead of almond milk. Asked for a refund and she said she redo it. I asked kindly to make it more thick. It did not come out anymore thick. She added too much liquid. Looked like the new hire wasn't properly trained in ratio content. Then they forgot to get our bear claw ice cream. We saw a tall lad that was not working and just overseeing the other staff struggle. So sad. As far as the young lady giving out peaches outside in the stand. She looked more like she was ready for the gym than being at work. I can tell you it was offensive to see her in tight leggings. It's so unique with all their little tiny houses and the animals. Each house has a theme like the teddy bear house, the old lady in the boot, mother goose, grandma's house, and so many more. The gentleman who owns it is very kind. The admission is free, but they appreciate a $5 donation per person. My son was allowed to pet and feed all the animals, and he got to hold a bunny. He was in heaven!! We will go back here for sure, especially for the pumpkin patch and for Christmas.

We enjoyed the hay rack ride, which was my fiancee's first ever. We loaded up with all of the other kids and parents and did a tour (or a lap) around the pumpkins. We then were dropped off where we started and set off with a wagon to get the perfect pumpkin. We had a great time. The weather was wonderful. The only disappointment I had was that they did not have food or anything to purchase other than pumpkins. I was thinking caramel corn, caramel covered apples, some sweets, nothing available. Being their first year, I'm sure they will figure it out for next year.
