It's not every day that you encounter a group of individuals who not only perform their duties efficiently but also take the time to show empathy and reassurance. Their calm demeanor and respectful approach made a difficult experience much more manageable for me. I agreed to make a donation then i got busy with life and didn't get around to sending them a check when the due bill came in the mail. I soon got a collection letter in the mail...LOL WOW Yes a collection letter to pay up! I got spam calls from this business nonstop. I made a donation and from then on i got calls every other day for a year. Homeless fund, Drug fund, police fund, animals anything you can think of i got a call to donate to it. I asked many times to stop calling me to be hung up on or yelled at that they have never called me before. They had my full name and would address me like we were friends when they would call like this HEY Katt what ya doing This is just a warning to people.

Today I stopped by Fire Station 4, and I left with an even bigger appreciation for the people who…read morework there. I happened to catch the Red Bull truck nearby, so I grabbed a few drinks and brought them over to the firefighters. It wasn't anything huge, but judging by the smiles on their faces, it was definitely appreciated. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to chat with me instead of making me feel like I was interrupting their day. I was able to check out one of the fire engines, which was honestly really cool. You never realize just how much equipment these crews carry until you see it up close. The station itself was spotless, organized, and reflected the professionalism of everyone working there. One thing that really stuck with me is how much these crews do for our community without expecting anything in return. They spend long shifts away from their families, stay ready for emergencies at a moment's notice, and somehow still find time to be friendly to complete strangers who stop by just to say hello. If you've ever wondered whether dropping off donuts, coffee, energy drinks, sandwiches, or even just a simple thank-you would be appreciated, the answer is absolutely yes. These men and women work incredibly hard for all of us, and a small gesture can go a long way. Thank you to everyone at Fire Station 4 for taking the time to make a random visit feel so welcoming. Sacramento is lucky to have you.

Residence can come Monday - Friday between the hours of (8 am - 6 pm) to ask questions or to take care of a number of different police issues such as /filing a police report/ sign off a ticket / tow vehicle release/ turn in property/ dispose of unwanted prescription drugs. The classrooms within the buildings are generally used by staff members of both the police & fire departments to educate and train members of the community in case of any type of disaster. (CERT) "Community Emergency Response" Team" is a group of citizens whom spent many hours training with Sacramento Fire Department learning the basics in fire suppression, search & rescue, and first aid. My wife and I had the privilege of attending a special screening in one of the classroom. The documentary was sponsored by our local chapter " My Sister's House" .
