a glass of beer on a table

We stopped in to break up our Spokane to Republic trip and were SO pleased with their beer (plus we grabbed a bomber of the imperial IPA to go. Definitely enjoyed that when we got done plowing a foot of snow). Might even argue Fired Up is the best option for craft beer in Colville/Kettle Falls!! We shared a wood fire pizza, also delicious; and the server was super sweet and attentive. Excited to go back this spring when the patio/yard is open!

I am not pleased, you call and they put you on hold often times 10-15 mins and then they hang up and when you call back they have turned off the phones. Chewelah location however you can call anytime and order when they answer. They don't place you on hold like Colville does. After the third time of this happening we took screenshots while the phone was just sitting on the bar and I could hear them shooting the shit with people. No food is worth this. And worst I'm not going to the Chewelah location either because I'm not supporting a company that has this kind of customer service. I can not be the only person this happens too consistently. And don't bother ordering a delivery order in the evening you will hear things like maybe we deliver not sure another ten minutes on hold you find out the answer. Give your money to anyone else but them.

They have good beer I like the lemon basil pizza's good considering they only have that and pasta

Sun streaming in and the basil pesto (the one taken home) closest. Shadow of photographer a rookie mistake. ( blush)

The three of us went in Friday, January 3. One visit in 2019 had been fun. Really wonderful beverages; something for everyone. I love the Pend Oreille Pale Ale but it was a bit early to enjoy a beer; lunch time. I ordered 3-large pizzas knowing we'd be taking some quantity home. The bartender/host was upbeat, welcoming, attentive and the young man in the kitchen jumped right on getting the pizza out quickly. The underside of the pizza had that nice char and outer crust edge made a good pulling device. Unfortunately however, the sum of cheese overwhelmed and saturated the pies with oil. On two of the three, that we all shared, only the taste of cheese was apparent. It was disappointing and a $55.00 bill to boot. But here's why the positive five star review. Acknowledging the downside of an overly generous use of cheese and noting that we were leaving two large pizzas, with apology and humility we were given a gift certificate for the value of the two pies we left there. Mistakes happen, and I suspect the cook was being generous and was then surprised by the unintended consequence. We hope our episode proved instructive for the kitchen. All these folks had good intentions, clearly. But it's the way Fired Up handled the occurrence that was, to our minds, simply top drawer. We will return, and we will share the positive review of the customer support hoping it's well-received in the Yelp community and in Colville. Our opinion of Fired-Up has only been enhanced by this.

The best beer and pizza in town! Now more than half the beers are made in house with more to come. From the lighter blonds to stouts and IPAs it's available. The food here is incredible too. The fresh made pizzas are quickly cooked under very high heat resulting in a chewy/crispy/slightly charred crust covered in various mouth watering toppings including pepperoni, steak and onion, and chicken Caesar. Add a salad (big enough for two) and it's quite the meal. Menu items are being added all the time - a recent one being really good buffalo wings. Indoor and outdoor seating in a somewhat industrial looking decor. Picnic tables and a couple of plank bars give you a place to sit and sample. Great place to meet folks from all over. Definitely worth a stop. Look for them just north of Zips set back from the road.

Great selection of beers, with guest taps. And the food is spot on. This is a weekly go to place. Nice family spot.

Salad bar was fresh and had great choices for adding to either iceberg lettuce or leaf lettuce. Potato bar was simple but tasty and the potatoes were perfectly baked. I do think better days are ahead for this 'resort,' and they are getting a serious mulligan from me in 2023. Kudos to local entrepreneur Steve Emtman and family for taking a chance on something special for the Deer Meadows/Seven Bays area. It is a risk that I do think will blossom in years to come. How-ev-ah... It's a counter-order, pay up front, tip expected, delivered to table facility. That doesn't necessarily bother me, but the current staff have absolutely no initiative to go faster than a cartoon sloth. Seriously, we were in no rush, but c'mon. Order; make food; serve food. We were some of the first folks to arrive after opening, and after quite a long time--and many more people coming in--my 'uh oh' meter was pinging. We got our meals and had half a dozen other tables looking at us with envy. The food was okay, at best. Not a good recipe for success. We came to have a good meal, not a great view of Lake Roosevelt that we already have from the back deck on our vacation property. And let's consider having an option for a BYO pie, to offset the very, very strange array of non-traditional pizzas offered on the menu. Bleu Cheese, Chorizo, Honey and....coffee grounds? Really? I guess that might be a stoner's dream pie, right? My hope is the Emtmans will consider menu and personnel changes in the very early stages of this endeavor...

The place was not very busy for a Wednesday. The service was absolutely horrific. Everyone was served drinks in a reasonable amount of time. After about 25 minutes the blonde waitress finally came back to check on us. She asked if anyone wanted more drinks but did not take orders. She brought 2nd drink orders about 10 minutes later and took orders. After another 20 minutes a few orders were delivered. A few more orders came out 10 minutes later. Mine and my 4 year-old grand-daughter's order had still not arrived by the time most had finished their meals. Blonde finally brought out my orders of wings after I complained and offered to take them off my bill. I told her I no longer wanted them as everyone else was finished. About 5 minutes later my grand-daughter's food was delivered. We had to ask for it to be put in a to-go box. Then came the bill, which was divided 3 ways and included a gratuity of 20%. I asked about the 20% gratuity as I had no intention of leaving any tip for the bad service. I was told because of the "large group" the 20% was added. Mind you, I refused my food because it was brought out after everyone had finished eating. There was no offer to remove the gratuity. There was no apology, only excuses that the service was so slow because of how busy they were. Again it t was a Wednesday, they were not busy. This is the worst experience I have ever endured in my many years of dining out. I will never come back and caution others who consider dining here. Brian
