Inside is fun, funky, and cozy.

This is an absolutely charming coffee house. The exterior patio is simply downright eclectic. The interior is also delightfully funky, from the walls to the ceiling. There is art and a real guitar for use by anyone and string lights inside. They have breakfast-y food and interesting coffee drinks. We tried a breakfast sandwich on a cute lil' croissant, with egg and sausage inside. It was smallish but hit the spot. The service, coffee, grub, and decor is all quality here. This is what a coffee house is supposed to be.

True to its name, Firefly is a light in a dark place. With the state of the world, despair would be an easy option. Love that this coffee shop is a hub for gathering and is welcoming of everyone, and it inspires hope. There is even a little free library and indie art for sale. The pecan bar I had was delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind. Caleb was especially thoughtful. Told him I intentionally haven't drank or supported Starbucks in years, but I wanted to get coffee for someone who gave me a SB order. Caleb agreed to make it, off-menu, including a PSL cold foam! The vibes, the service, the drinks, the treats: 10/10!

This place is awesome! It has such a unique, artsy, and cozy atmosphere. It was a beautiful day when I visited, so I opted to sit out outside (which is equally as beautiful & cool!). I got an 16 oz iced vanilla latte w/ skim (my go-to) and it was great. It was out pretty fast and the baristas here are lovely. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's for sure worth it, in my opinion. Their pastries and treats looked amazing, so I will certainly have to try some next time. Definitely will stop back again when I am in Fort Wayne next :)

Located near the Purdue FW campus, this little café/coffee shop is freakin' adorable! You can't help but smile when you step inside and see all the string lights, plants, and quirky artwork and furniture. Not to mention, they have some comfy sofas and a decent amount of seating for anyone looking to dine in or hang out while they work. Cozy atmosphere aside, the food was impressive too. I'm a serious proponent of all things meat, but their vegan blueberry lavender bread had me seriously rethinking that lifestyle. So moist (sorry) and SO flavorful - I want a birthday cake built out of slices of it. I can only imagine how great the other pastries are. As for the breakfast sandwiches, they keep it simple and offer a few different bread/meat/cheese combos. I went for their focaccia, which reminded me more of an English muffin, so I think I'll try the croissant next time instead. I failed to order any of their coffee, which is totally out of character for me, but that just gives me an excuse to go back!

Great coffee and good vibe. Outside seating included a deck with benches and umbrellas. Great location with other good finds nearby.

Coffee was good. Atmosphere was ok. Closed early. A little over priced. Better coffee shops in Fort Wayne.

Viennese Latte is amazing, people were great! Only thing I would change is to have some fresh fruit, otherwise it was perfection!

However, I have been disappointed by the flavors and textures and even though I keep trying I haven't found anything that justifies a third star. Cupcakes - Mostly frosting, and that's okay, because the two cupcakes I tried were a bit dry and didn't have much flavor on their own. Sugar overload for not much enjoyment. Empanadas - The filling wasn't bad but the dough was so greasy I couldn't eat it. I like butter, but I don't want to feel like I'm eating a stick of it for lunch. I do like the clever idea of stamping initials on the tops of them so you don't have to guess at what's inside if you know what the letters stand for. The sweet and savory flavors should have different crusts; the base recipe isn't sweet enough to pair well with fruit. Other things I've tried were underbaked, doughy, and not flavorful. I am a baker myself and I have pretty high standards if I'm going to buy baked goods rather than making them. This place was an unfortunate miss for me.

There could be a rational reason for the delay, but the timing is suspect.) She said she understood their products were not for everyone....I am not quite sure who likes Apple Paczkis with no Apple filling...but I will agree it's only my negative opinion I hold. I will agree with that notion because I'm sure there are people when given a jelly donut from Dunkin Donuts under the guise it's a paczki would respond with, "Yum! Delicious." Krystal said she will refund 50% of my purchase. Yay! Improvement. However, I still can't decide if I would have paid $19 for the order knowing what I know now. +1 Star for some financial compensation.

Came here on a random Monday morning as we were walking around downtown Fort Wayne looking for…read morebreakfast and stumbled upon this place. We walked in because the night prior jokoy told us that he visited this place on earlier on the day and Sunday. This place looks very upscale, very modern and clean. It is a combination of a bakery, sit down and eat, as well as a small market, selection of foods and refrigerated items. The bakery presentation is really made to look absolutely perfect and minimal. So when you put an order in, they go to the back to get the actual items out. What I did not like was the signs for the baked goods are not very descriptive. For example, the Danish clearly has some type of jam on top, but the sign just says Danish therefore I had to ask what was on top. This goes for the hand pie as well. It is clearly stuffed with something, but the sign only says hand pie. I would definitely come back here again if I'm in town I have to say that everything was super delicious and everybody enjoyed the Danish the cinnamon roll, the shortbread and the hand pie .

I tried some of GK's amazing ice cream while I was in Fort Wayne for a media event. The people who…read moreput on the event provided pints of GK's locally made ice cream, in several different flavors, and we could take whatever we wanted. I don't usually like ice cream, but my excitement for free food trumped my indifference to ice cream. Plus, I saw an ice cream labeled "Caramelized Cookies & Cream" and I had to try it. Caramelize anything, and you can pretty much guarantee I will eat it. You guys: This ice cream was stupendous. Big chunks of cookies, notes of caramel in the creamy vanilla. I ate the whole pint, I tell you! Apparently, ice cream is just a small fraction of the desserts and sweet treats that GK offers. I didn't get a chance to visit their brick-and-mortar shop while I was in town, but I'm definitely going to visit the next time I'm in Fort Wayne.
