With all the choices in the area, I won't be returning. I left feeling like the old dude swindled me. After asking for the price 3 times, he finally gives me a used car salesman approach. I know I over paid. I had no time to go anywhere else. I grabbed it and left. There are many shady dispensaries in this area. This is one of them. The vape cartridge I purchased is from a never heard of brand. It looked cheap and it tasted terrible. It was potent but I didn't feel good about putting that in my lungs. The while male who helped us had a terrible attitude and was pissed off at us the customers over nothing. Because we didn't buy an ounce for $400. My first time at a dispensary and a friend recommended this place. I'm bummed because as a first timer and someone who isn't maybe as knowledgeable (which I made mention of) I feel like I should have been given a little more description on things. Dylan was friendly but I feel like I was trying to be sold some stuff that was more pricey and wasn't what I had asked for. For example, I said I was looking for chocolate and said I like the Petra mints which I've had before, and then was being shown a mouth spray for $50 but wasn't shown any of the chocolates they had. Also I said I liked a certain flower strain and he said they didn't have it so I asked for something similar. He mentioned a couple, but seemed to be basing it off of taste and not necessarily the type of strain or feeling it gives. Maybe he did consider those things ...but never explained so. I was never told if it was Indica or Sativa or a hybrid or how it would affect me or what to look out for etc. Looking back, I should have asked for more clarification before buying but I was in a bit of a hurry and also just a newb. I decided on one of his recs and paid out and tipped, only to come home and find he gave me A DIFFERENT STRAIN. We agreed on Gelato and he gave me Banana Kush. I'm hoping it will still be good but I'm definitely disappointed getting the wrong strain having dropped $60+ for an eighth AND as a first timer. And unfortunately, I hit the dispensary on my way out of town so I can't go back and try and exchange. I also had asked if they sold smaller portions and he said I could get 4 grams for $45 but didn't tell me that I could get 1 for $15. (Which seems to be possible looking at their website now) Guess I shoulda done more research before relying on the Budtender alone. Seems like upselling is a thing here. read more

Not giving this place my money anymore. Walked in and absolutely no security check point like normal dispos. I feel SO UNCOMFORTABLE in there you have no idea. Budtender didn't make me feel any better either I can tell you that. Prices ARE more overpriced here than all local dispos nearby. Very cold insincere vibes can't even tell if they're open or closed half the time from the emptiness. read more

I have been a loyal customer throughout various years and incarnations. The new owners have turned what was once an unfriendly warehouse into a terrific-looking and friendly spot on L.A.'s Westside. The prices are reasonable and the p roduct is always top-rate. The dispenserie is both medical and recreational. You will save a LOT of money in the state's greedy and insane taxes by having your medical card. This place is so cool there is even a popcorn machine and a bowl of Tootsie Rolls. I visited FireHaus for the first time today. I was helped by a guy who was super apathetic, didn't explain anything, and provided one word replies to my questions. I've gone to several dispensaries on the westside and he is the most apathetic worker I've come across at a dispensary. The guy who checked me in, Omar, was super friendly and nice, and I really wish he was the one who helped me behind the counter. Omar was the one who informed me about their changing daily specials. Additionally, I found out only after I got home when I logged on to Firehaus' website that first time customers get 10% off. The guy behind the counter knew I was a first time customer and never told me about this promotion. Poor customer service. read more
