This low review isn't because of the staff or security guard (they are all very friendly and helpful). And I love that they have treats for dogs! This review is due to the ownership and their non-response to a very avoidable and dangerous experience I had due to their lack of staffing at opening. I've been in twice since then, and made it very clear I expected a call from the owner, but it's been nearly a month, and still no call. The second time I was in the staff member mentioned they were busy opening other stores and I said, "what I want to speak about is a learning experience for this staff and new ones, so I expect a call." Still nada. The ownership needs to do better not only for staff, but also for their customers. read more

Went for the first time over the weekend but won't be back. Placed an order online. Picked it up without checking to make sure everything was in the bag before leaving the store. Got home and noticed part of the order was missing. Called and the staff said they'd check the cameras, they confirmed the whole order was in the bag. The bags aren't sealed like at other places. Which means somewhere between the register and my car parked right out front, (less than 50 ft away ) I must have lost the rest of my order. I paid cash so I can't dispute the charge. I'm just out the money and feel like I got bamboozled. read more
