We have a subscription here to get our car washed. We felt out of all of the car washes in the area. This was the most bang for our buck. Both of our cars go here and we've never had a scratch or an issue. The workers are really good at hosing off icemelt from the bottoms of the car. After nearly 5k miles without a wash, our little Subaru FW desperately needed a bath. It looked like it was carrying half of the Texas dust and dirty we'd driven through on vacation. We first took it to another car wash that shall remain nameless. It got some of the dirt off, but the little car still had a Texas twang. Lucky for us, we gave Firehose Car wash a try. We'd almost forgotten that the car isn't desert tan but autumn forest green. The after the wash area is great as well, as it has compressed air for some of the finer detail work as well as a place to hang your mats while you vacuum them. The monthly wash seemed like a good deal on our second visit of the week, as the cottonwood tree in the front yard made springtime self known. 3 months at half off is a deal I could pass up. read more

Left a lot of soap on back tailgate , maybe it's a truck thing, not sure why every carwash in town have these little teeny towels that means you have to have about 5 in your hand to get a good wipe down .value is ok read more

Best car wash in town!! I went here twice and had excellent service. The one time they were not open as I was on a schedule traveling through I used Pony Express on South Yellowstone. Let me tell you that is the worse car wash and their machines ripped my license plate from the car causing damage. They are now refusing to take care of it and I will be contacting one of my two attorneys here in LA to find a reputable Idaho attorney. Plus my car was still really dirty form them that when I took it back to Firehose they even commented your car does not look washed. They dumped so much soap and crap on my car it attracted dirt. Avoid Pony Express on Yellowstone and take your car to Firehose. This is the best carwash in Idaho Falls, and would beat out any car wash in Utah. Friendly staff that will pre-wash/rinse bugs, windows, mud, tires before your car goes into the wash. Free rags and compressed air to get the hard to remove small particles in the cabin, and I have been approached multiple times by workers/owner asking if I need any help. Class act. Don't spend you money anywhere else, and for $15 for the first month----its a no brainer. read more

I'm going to give this a two star review. This place has gone down hill with their customer service lately. We have a membership here and have to go through numerous times to get the bugs of the car. Went through today and they have 3 workers sitting in the office talking and one girl out spraying. One kid runs out of the office to help her, sprayed my car for maybe 7 seconds and took back off into the office. We went through 4 times today and the passenger side of my car is still covered in bugs because he didn't spray it. This place used to be amazing and they took their time to spray everything off but unfortunately that's not the case anymore. read more
