Left a ton of soap on the back tailgate, they need better blowers at the end , plenty of soap also way too expensive for the top of the line monthly . People please fly to Phoenix AZ and use superstar car wash and then come back here and build one you will blow the competition away. read more

I've had a hole punched in the panel between the drivers door & passenger door from debris flying in the tunnel. Also the roof rack ends have been ripped off numerous times @ now they can't find the parts. I'm a widowed senior who filed a claim in early July and was told many many times I'd get a call about my claim. Yesterday Fabian promised me over & over one of the bosses would call me yesterday. Of course they lied! My car is. Toyota Hylander 2020 with low miles & beautiful condition until this. I've driven all summer with this messed up. I'm going to be giving them some FREE advertisement! This place should be shut down. Ps they are not a member of the BBB probably because of all the damage they cause customers. I prewash before taking it to the Pony Express on Yellowstone and it still comes out dirty. I stopped an employee who was walking by when I was vacuuming and showed her how dirty and she said she was not over the part where if your vehicles don't get clean, and walked off. It's a car wash right? Went to the other Pony Express and talked to the employee there and he said I though they had better water pressure than the one on Yellowstone but then just looked at me like they don't do Anything to make it better. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR!!! In California we have excellent car washes that are brushless like Firehose Carwash in town. Very rarely do I ever put my car in a car wash but you guys had so many bugs up there I had to. I wash my own and detail. Avoid this place as they are not the best in Idaho as they claim. They did exactly what another car wash said they would do and have received many customers who have had damaged cars from Pony Express on South Yellowstone and weasel out of fixing the damage they do to cars. When I had Philip get my plate out of the wash bay, he came out with another persons car part...LOL. After removing my previous post in good faith they would work with me, they are being negligent in recognizing their harsh machines ripped my license plate from the car and claim that I was the one that damaged it. They admitted their video cameras saw it happen, but now are denying it saying they don't know if that was previous damage. Matching the plate and the bend, you well know your machines did this. When they have cars like mine they should have turned the bottom brushes off as one car wash said as to not rip my plate off and I see in other reviews of this car wash I am not the only one who has had their plate damaged or ripped off. I highly recommend you wash your cars at the Firehose! I washed my car twice there with no damage at all. My car was also still very dirty when it came out of this car wash. I guess it's time to speak to my LA attorney who will work with an Idaho attorney. If any one knows a good attorney let me know that we can hire. Does my car look like an unmaintained car? See my front bumper black trim not a scratch until their machine ripped off my plate causing a knife cut as pictured. See my license plate? And FABIAN is trying to say I did that to my own car because I have clear bra damage I have not had redone yet and that is not damage I was claiming as it is only clear bra that cost me $600 to replace. The only damage I asked FABIAN to have fixed is what they did. I even said I would work with them and not claim the silver part that was also damaged by them. See you in COURT!! Avoid this place and go to Firehose if your a local they pressure wash your car before it goes in, they have better towels and spot cleaner free of charge to use. Their brushes scratched the chrome on the grill of my 2018 Chevy Silverado. This is the only car wash that my truck as EVER been thru.....Would like to post a picture because you could the scratches on the grill. WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! "Best Carwash" in Idaho Falls is an extremely low threshold. Mediocre clean for too much cost. Driers are useless and if you want to get those bugs off the grill....your gonna have to do it by hand because this wash won't get it done. You will get just as an effective wash for $6 down the street at the shell station (Sunnyside and 25th). read more

Would be great if I didn't have to re-wash my Jeep later to get the water spots off! Where are the towels? It's not wintertime, and none of the bins had towels in them at 7:35 am, so you know they hadn't been used up and not replenished. If you're going to be open at 7:30 am to run cars thru then have your staff come in at 7:00 am to fold and distribute towels. Maybe Rubber Ducky car wash has better customer service. May need to move my membership. read more

Anyone else had issues with the car wash? I have had multiple issues with their brushes not touching the front or sides of the car. I stopped in to let them know what was going on. There was another customer in the office that had the same issue. He commented that he has had the same issue for the last year, he said no one ever returns his calls. I asked the employees to have the owner or manger call me, but no one reached out. It appears that they don't value their customers. I will be moving to another Car Wash. They seem to have their equipment working and are responsive to the customers. read more

Needed the bugs off my grill. Did a good job at the basic $8 wash and included self serve vacuums with great pressure and air pressure blow dry. Looks like they have towels sometimes, but either they currently don't offer them, or not at 8:30 am. read more

Update 9/22: I decided to try again this summer but still random things breaking inside the carwash, they don't tell you... they just let you go thru expecting a full wash and end disappointed when one side or the other didn't get clean. To add insult to injury, they also removed the tire shine "Black Magic" from the middle tier wash. Did they send an email? No. Call me? No. Text, letter, fax, carrier pigeon... No. No. No. No. Absolute failure. I had to find out by weeks of not getting it until I was frustrated enough to walk in and ask the poor employee who let me know the owners had removed it without notice. You don't treat your customers like they are an inconvenience. WE ARE THE REASON you're in business. WE PAY YOUR SALARY. We deserve some common decency. 10/21: I've been a customer for 2 years now, paid monthly with unlimited washes. At first I didn't notice anything bad, but the building is new and the equipment is also new so that's to be expected I suppose. Several weeks ago, I noticed that the driver side of my pickup wasn't clean after I went thru the wash, this was a Monday. I thought that was odd, but went back Wednesday. Same streaks of dirt on the driver side. I spoke with someone inside who said that one of the brushes was broken and they were waiting for parts, should be another week or so. Ok, fine, but there should have been a sign up saying that... or letting me know via email that it was only washing 2/3 of my vehicle. Fast forward another week and now both sides of my pickup are dirty still, and as I went thru the was I noticed that now TWO of the rollers were not working. Still no sign, still no email, they act like this is normal and that me paying $40 a month is totally worth this half-a$$ed wash. Inexcusable. There has got to be some form of accountability for charging full price for a subpar wash. Not sure I will continue my monthly membership. TBH it's not worth it if I feel like I'm getting scammed. read more

After a long trip through the mountains in the summer on vacation, we needed a solid wash for our truck. it was a dusty mud caked bug cemetery. We found this place and pulled up as it looked like the big ones we see in Texas where we live. Touch screen at the entrance with 3 options. As I was reading then a young lady associate walked up behind the machine and scared me! We had a good laugh. I chose the lowest priced option ($8) and drove to the tunnel. It's a long tunnel and the truck was clean. We stopped at the nice, double hose vacuums to clean the inside (included in the wash) of the pickup. There were also damp scented rags at the vacuum stations to clean the interior. It's a good place, strong service, well worth the cost once you get beyond the sticker shock. They also have an unlimited was program, which I did not explore as I am just a visitor, which could be totally worth it. read more

The rolling system destroyed my brand new wheels! It scratched them up to the point they need to be replaced. The owner DOES NOT stand behind the damages his car wash causes to your vehicle. Been here lots since this location opened and loved it until I bought my new truck. I went threw a handful of times with it and all seemed good until my last time when I was placed extremely close to the vehicle in front of me. The equipment didn't have enough room to operate and heard something snap. Upon further inspection I noticed that it broke my license plate holder and there was hair line scratches in the paint job and pretty noticeable ones on the fender flares. The employee I spoke with when I canceled my subscription empathized with me, however I didn't leave feeling completely taken care of, or that something would be done. Now it's not as if the equipment made deep scratches throughout the whole vehicle, but it literally being 24 days old and seeing them is pretty upsetting! I guess I should have known better that if you care about the paint finish on your ride you should wash it yourself. I guess I just expected more. read more

Purchased the top tier $20 wash. The wash paused multiple times and took quite a while to get through. After leaving the wash I checked my car and there was still the same amount of light dirt on the door panel as it had before it started to wash as well as the upper part of the hood. My car didn't even have that much dirt on it before I went so no excuse for it not cleaning. Not a good value for what it does to your car. There are definitely better washes in town. Car wash does a fairly good job with minimal water left on car. Good vacuum station, but bring ear plugs as the dryer emits a ear piercing sound! The guy next to me had full ear protection on! Car washes are a dual edged sword. Great when it's 34 degrees outside! But, they ALL strip wax off your car with the harsh chemicals. Not to mention the fine scratching from brushes. read more

Convenient location, nice facility and friendly staff. The reason I gave two stars is because the ownership removed services from the membership tier without communicating the removal of those services with subscribed customers. I selected the membership for those services and am now being charged the same amount for less.... bait and switch, as of this posting the services are still listed on the website for that membership tier. read more

This is hands down the best car wash in East Idaho! The employees are top notch & extremely helpful. Customer Service is phenomenal & the grounds upkeep is clean & beautiful. They offer more for their customers than any other car wash in East Idaho. I recommend everyone to get a monthly membership pass at any one of their three locations! read more
