I was very pleased with their thorough inspection and honest recommendations about things that they thought needed to be done. They didn't encourage anything that they didn't feel was necessary. I don't know for sure whether their prices are reasonable for this area or not because I haven't had a lot of other services done here before, but I felt like they were honest and were super friendly to work with. Literally. I tried to open the door from the inside and the handle just came loose and pieces fell out. I called Sunnyside and told them what happened. My information was taken and I was told I would be contacted. A week and a half later I got tired of waiting and called them again. There was no apology or regret for not contacting me. I told them what happened and was told it would cost me about $250 to get it fixed. I don't like confrontation so I didn't start a big argument about their culpability. If you go to Sunnyside Automotive be prepared to make a big deal about things to be treated fairly because they take advantage of people like me. They definitely don't stand behind their work. I won't be returning.
