7/30/17 We got exactly what we paid for. We went here because we needed to remove the bugs from our road trip from Nevada to Idaho. We payed via a automated machine and selected our choices. Then you wait for the gate to open and enter the line. Once at the start the employees wash down your car and they scrubbed our windows. You put your car in neutral and allow the tire guides to lead and pull you through the car wash. I have always felt like the hanging slashed rag looks like a hula skirt. LOL Then when you get to the dryer end there is a sign that tells you to pull forward. They have several vacuum cleaners here so that you can completely clean your car out. UPDATED review This is my go-to location. I've been using their unlimited monthly wash service for two months now. I'm happy. It's part of my morning routine to swing by, get a good wash, vacuum if necessary & go about my day. I guess the newest price is around $55 for the Big Kahuna (the top option), but somehow I've got a discount, so I'm paying $49.99 for unlimited washes. When you purchase the monthly package, they place a small sticker/tag on the inside of your windshield to scan when you pull up to the pay kiosk. After you scan, a couple of extra add-ons/options pop up on the screen. I've never added them & my vehicle still looks good. Unlimited defined here: As many times as you'd like. Meaning, I could circle through the wash all day long for an entire month if I wanted to be obnoxious. BUT - they are open during rain, snow, sunshine...anytime. THAT is extremely helpful when your vehicle gets thrashed by the mud and salt and grime when the weather is rough. I have gone through three times in one day and I felt like a boss driving around with a clean looking ride. It's been a while since I reviewed this place & as an update, most of the vacuums are still great, with only a couple that don't have much suction. Probably just something lodged in the tube. If I could give zero stars I would. I had taken different vehicles there without incident for quite sometime and was pleased with the results. However, when one was damaged by their equipment as it passed thru the wash, they refused to take care of it. In fact, they refused to provide their insurance so a claim could be made to have it repaired. I realize these types of car washes are popular but I would be VERY careful in selecting one and I definitely would NOT go near this one or ANY of the Snake River Rapid Wash facilities. Besides, other drive thru facilities are cheaper in comparison of the quality of wash you receive. read more

Not too bad of a car wash. Much better than the $3 car wash on Holmes. Im always get a little afraid of using automated car washes, because I've had bad experiences with other washes scratching the paint on my car, but this one has been great so far. I signed up for their $19.99/month unlimited plan and LOVE it. I definitely get my money's worth. Their cheapest car wash is $5.99, so if I go three and a half times per month, I make my money back. I average about three times a week, so it's worth it in my book. The only con that I can see is that sometimes this place can get pretty busy and you have to wait in line. If the weather is 10 degrees or colder, they close the wash (which I can completely understand). Two weekends ago, it was cold all weekend and so the wash was closed. When it re-opened, the wash was swamped with cars. I got in line, and it took 45-minutes to get through. Overall, I'm plenty happy. I'm a clean freak and so this works great for me. I may drop off the unlimited plan once winter is over and just pay the individual prices again, as it stays cleaner in the summer but we'll see. read more

Quick and reasonably priced drive-thru car wash! I believe I spent 5 or 6 dollars. The employees spray and wash your windows at the beginning and the rest of the service is automated. You get to stay in your car the whole time. The service took about 5 minutes total and my car came out pretty clean. They also have free vacuums for you to use in the front. read more

Came in town and wanted a clean car for clients. The line was literally backed into the street in front. Bought the top shelf wash and still have a dirty vehicle. I went to use the dog wash today and it would not run my card.....said it was busy and to try again later. Tried the other dog wash and got the same message. I come from Ammon to this dog wash because when it works it works very well, but lately this has happened numerous times and it has been filthy. I would not recommend this dog wash unless they clean it up and fix their equipment to work properly. read more

Don't try and call in the mornings, the idaho falls location will not answer the phone. Great car wash however, the self-serving car wash sucks!!!! I used to like this place, including the option to bring pets in for a wash. But recent and extended posts by a manager there, who has been posting the same things for almost a year now, has put a real sour taste in my mouth. I believe deeply in basic compassion towards other humans. While I believe it is everyone's right to free speech and to share their opinion. When a business employs an individual who openly laughs at human death and suffering. An individual who makes fun of those, like myself, through social media, I have a choice. My choice is to go elsewhere. I truly hope this does not represent the owners of this business, but considering this has gone on for over a year, I can only assume they also believe this, or simply do not care. They did a great job and even have nice vacuum cleaners you can use for free after the wash.

My husband and I did the car wash, vacuuming, and pet wash. The car wash was 4 stars for us. They were having some technical difficulties, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We liked how they had workers there to scrub the front and back of the car to get the bugs off. We had to knock this rating down for the self serve pet wash. The facilities are nice and clean with raised tubs. That's pretty much the only good thing. We paid 5 dollars for 5 minutes. Their credit card reader was down, but luckily we had cash. The water came out FREEZING cold. We brought our own shampoo, but we did try the shampoo settings available and it barely lathered up our dog. Our dog was shivering the whole time. Even the dryer available blew out cold air. I would not recommend the self serve pet wash. read more

This is a fully automatic car wash with the soft type of brushes. These (soft?) type brushes peeled off parts of my pin stripe on the drivers side of my Buick. When brought to the attendents attention I received a negative response. He did take my cell number but since I was from out of state, I know I will never receive a call. Come on man! Usually I can put up with the problems these guys have but today put me over the edge! For starters they only had two lanes opened, okay it's Sunday shouldn't be a problem. There was one car in front of me. I watch and they take what seemed like a long time on one vehicle, nobody's moving. Finally they get done with that one and a pick up pulls in to get the spray down. That takes forever,. I see them taking cans out of the bed. Finally cars get moving again, but it was all the cars in the right lane and I was in the left. After 4 vehicles go in the left lane and none in the lane I'm in I go up to the car in front of me and ask if her transaction with the touch pad worked. She said yes and it asked her if she wanted a receipt. I,go to the office to let the guy (manager) know there is a problem with the left lane not moving. He answers me "well it is hunting season", WHAT? He finally gets the the left lane going. Card reader wouldn't read my gift card. He comes over and tells me it won't read the card you have to put the numbers in manually. Okay finally the bar lifts and I'm on my way. Nope. Cars are still not moving through the car wash. Now it's my turn. They have me through the spray down part like I was in a formula one pit stop. I'm going through and notice the car wash is not doing what I paid it to do. I go back into the office ( manager again) and explain what happen and I was not happy waiting 45 minutes to get the wrong car wash. I asked him how he would feel, "I understand that electronic machinery sometimes doesn't work right", HUH? I asked and got my money back. No sorry, or it sucks to be you. I hope the owner reads this and asks what do I pay you for? Piss off customers? You're doing a great job of that! read more
