To get the job done & to get it right? Sometimes you just gotta do it yourself - actually all the time frankly speaking. I became rather intimate with the garage floor having had to lay on it for a week working underneath her car & I could see dips & divots & left-over spalling that were never repaired, filled in & as a result?, were & could not have been properly concrete grounded with the end result of the coating NOT adhering properly to the floor. I don't care about their lifetime five year 10 year whatever guarantee because they'll probably not come back to fix it because it's really too late to fix what should've been done right the first time. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and after initially agreeing to the $226 upgrade, we were later told the LiftMaster would be full price. After pushing back, they ultimately honored the original $226 agreement. Then, when the technician arrived, we were unexpectedly told we needed larger brackets for another $200. This cost had never been discussed beforehand, leaving us feeling put on the spot. We later found comparable brackets online for approximately $5-$35. I do want to recognize Jessica, who was consistently helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is with the owner's handling of the situation and the lack of transparency and communication. The LiftMaster was eventually installed, but the overall experience involved far too much back-and-forth, unexpected costs, and poor communication. We would not recommend this company.
