He lied about what I was signing and stole $6000 and my trade in. When I called after realizing what happened, he claimed I knew what I was signing and that it was too late. He is a liar and a thief. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX so I have spent hundreds over the years to maintain my vehicle. Before I had my car towed I called the dealer and they were going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the car. I had the car towed to my house till I could decide what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Mullen Auto which is about 1/4 mile from my house. I checked their reviews and called them immediately. They could not look at my car for two weeks but I was willing to wait. I had my car towed to Mikes garage and they even looked at it a little sooner than planned. It was a starter motor! Since the check engine light was involved I thought for sure it was the transmission. I have been in Pembroke for over 40 years and have never brought my vehicles to Mikes garage. He now has a new lifetime customer!!! Incredible service, reasonable prices, great organized and clean operation. Mike is a great example of how a business should be run! I think that Andy's tow truck driver was sent my way for a reason.

They did not screw something back properly. Went back in the morning, and the manager Dave told me I hit something on the highway. I DID NOT. After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Horrible customer service and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never go there if they value their car.
