When I checked with the Cadillac dealership to ask who they recommend for body work, without hesitation they said Norwell Collision! They worked with the Ins Co and communicated with us as to what's happening with parts, ins and time table for completion. I can't say enough positive things about this Company. Look no further they are the best!

Norwell collision charges were over $8,000 ($250 to tear down, $1300 for administration and over $6000 ($200/day) for storage of which the insurance company pays $35/day. Norwell Collision charges Geico $40/day as a preferred vendor. Out of my pocket is $5200 for storage only! I worked with Junior all along the way but now trying to discuss a reasonable cost for storage with Mohamed has been a major challenge as this owner is out of the country (Lebanon) for months at a time and will not respond to any discussion requests. Unfortunately, I took the car there which I never will again as this process has shown me that this business owner does not care about ripping of his customers or repeat business. BEWARE of the cost to have your car worked on at Norwell Collision.

We hadn't moved yet when suddenly a pick-up truck took a too tight left turn into a store parking lot and clipped my bumper while doing so. My front bumper was pulled half off which also created a small dent on the right side panel adjacent to the bumper. UGH! The best thing of course is that no one was injured but honestly what a pain! Two weeks prior to this accident I had noted a large and deep scratch on the passenger side rear door...it looked like someone had keyed my car door. Getting the car door repainted was on my to-do list, and now here I had this accident on my hands. Cohasset Collision has a great reputation and fortunately is but a couple of miles from my home. Their work is guaranteed. Although I had to wait a couple of days until they had time to work on my car, I was pleased that it was finished within 5 days which was less time than they had estimated. I brought it in on a Monday morning and got a call at 8:00am on Friday that it was ready for pickup. I was thrilled when I got my car back...it looked like new. They had offered to "touch up" the door scratch if I didn't want to pay the $1,200.00 to have the whole door painted but I opted to do it right; a touch up didn't seem like the right place to try to save a few bucks. The door looks great, and perfectly matches the tough to match pearl white paint color on my car. Not only does my car look like new and the work is guaranteed but when I walked over to my car to inspect the work I was not only happy with the job they did but very pleased to see that the card had been washed. When I got in the car to drive it away I was pleasantly surprised to note that they had also thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the entire interior. It even smelled like new. They have a car rental service on the premises which I did not need...but of course that is a convenient service. In talking to the desk staff there, the owners are on premises (in fact we dealt with one of them) and we were told that most of the staff have worked there for years and years. That's a good sign in my opinion. They do have a car waxing service available which I am going to take advantage of this fall. Part of taking good care of your car is not just washing it but ensuring that it is properly hand-waxed and buffed. Cohasset Collision has my business...although other than getting it waxed I hope I don't need their services any time soon!

That growth includes adding Reina, who has been a welcome addition to the team as she is thoughtful, detailed and always has positive energy! Thank you Reina, for making our loaner exchanges so easy and for the follow up calls. Our service rep, Mike noted that he has worked his way up through the company and it is obvious, as his technical knowledge helps inform and support his outstanding customer service skills. He is always wiling to take time to explain details and walk me through any challenges regarding the issue(s) being addressed. Thank you Mike, for making our necessary trips valuable and relatively painless. I would like to note that the techs & mechanics that have worked on our 2 cars at any given time deserve shout outs but I do not know their names Andrew is clearly dedicated to a team approach, this group really delivers solutions and support that make us appreciate their time and talent. *Just a thought - a customer waiting area / work area, that could be reserved when making appt so customers can get work can be done when staying with the car for a few hours. OK, let me share something with you…read more On Tuesday, the day after the Boston Marathon, my wife and I went to look at cars. We visited the Porsche dealership in Norwell early in the morning. When we arrived, the showroom was empty, so we walked around for a few minutes before a salesman approached us. He introduced himself as Matt and asked if we were being helped. Matt went through the usual questions to qualify us as serious buyers. I told him we were looking for a certified pre-owned Porsche Macan, preferably black with a black interior. He said he would check the inventory and see what was available. When he returned, he told us he had found a couple of options and would bring one around for us to see. He pulled the car up to the showroom, we looked it over, and then took a short test drive. On the way back, he suggested we stop by the pre-owned inventory lot to see if there was anything else we might like. Back at the showroom, Matt asked what I thought of the car. I told him I liked everything except the wheels. He said he had another car to show us that had the style of wheels I preferred and that he would bring it around in a few minutes. He came back shortly after with another car. This one had the wheels I liked, fewer miles, and the right price, but it was silver. We talked it over, and I decided, "I think this is the car. Let's do it." We went inside to start the paperwork. At that point, another salesman brought a different customer over to look at the same car we had just agreed to purchase. I asked Matt what was going on. He said it was a previous customer of his, but that he would find out more. We continued with the paperwork. His manager evaluated my trade-in, and they began putting together the numbers. Meanwhile, I noticed the other customer, who was white, still looking at the same car. For context, my wife is Chinese and I am of mixed race. Shortly after, Matt came back and said, "I'm sorry, they sold the car to the other man." I was stunned. I said, "How is that possible? We're sitting here working on the deal. Your manager has already given us numbers, and we've started the paperwork." The general manager, Rai, came in and said, "I'm sorry, this has never happened before." My wife responded, "That is the most racist thing I have ever seen." At that point, I said, "Let's go," and we left the dealership. As we were leaving, Matt said he would find another car for us and follow up. The general manager also said he would do everything in his power to locate the right car. They never did. My wife and I will buy a car, just not from that dealership.
