I was quoted for a 4 man, 2 truck move at a $310 hourly rate. I was told, after sending in my video, that the move would take 4.5-5.5 hours. The morning of the move, I got a call that one of the movers was not available and only 3 men and 2 trucks would be coming at an adjusted hour rate of $275. How they came up with this arbitrary figure, who knows. The three men got to my home within the agreed upon window, however, at almost no point did the men work together. They went to separate areas to work and took their time. I appreciate them wanting to wrap furniture, but Two Men should invest some time and money in training their "employees" about the most efficient means of doing so. I have hired full-service movers in the past who completed the entire move in less time than it took these people and the boxes were packed and staged for them! I talked to a supervisor during the move who assured me they would take care of it at the end- a lie. At the end, they booked me for almost $2600 and told me someone would be in touch. They didn't keep any of the next appointments to make the problems right. They broke an irreplaceable antique chest, a very expensive piece of china and some of my bakeware. !!!BEWARE!!!

I decided to email using the general email on their website. With no response I followed up basically calling them fake and saying all they wanted to do was save face. After that, I got a pretty lengthy email from. The office manager not even the owner basically pointing the finger at me. BEWARE this company could care less about you. Our home was effected by the Feb snow storm. I posted on Facebook about trying to find available contractors and someone from this company reached out to me. I called set up and appt which they showed up late for. Took awhile for their contractors to get the quotes ect. I was told that they would work with insurance because I have never had to deal with something of this magnitude. Yeah they wouldn't even call them. So when they gave me the quotes and I submitted them and got everything approved. They apparently had a contractor that was flaky for a couple of months and wanted me to take off again to have this new contractor come out and quote it. It got to the point where they would stop answer phone calls and emails. I ended up having to spend more money on a private adjuster ect. We are still out of our home.
