To be fair, I am not a drinker and went solely for the pizza. Which was pretty good! It's got a deeper crust and lots of sauce, which sets it apart from the likes of Lucky Slice and Center Street. The staff seemed nice, but you just walk up to the window and place your order, there's not much service being offered. It's a grungy spot which would normally be ok, I just didn't love the large tables. It would make going alone awkward. Overall not a bad place, just be aware of what you're really going for (cheap beer with friends would be most enjoyed imo) read more

I've heard so many great things and bad things about this place; and since I love pizza I definitely had to finally try it. We were on our way to way Bear Lake and decided to stop by. A friend of mines told me to make sure I order and or call ahead to pick up since it's never any parking and it's crowded, I definitely should have listened lol.... But I didn't. There is absolutely no parking, they have street parking but that's always busy which is why we are just now trying this place. The staff are very nice and friendly; and you get that they do not love their jobs much, but I guess working at a pizza and bar does that. We got 3 pizzas and they were all good, we definitely all love the crust; it was delicious, and tasted so good honestly! Whoever made our pizzas didn't cut the pizza correctly lol we had to tear it apart and it did mess the pizza up. The taste was good, but I wish they knew how to cut a pizza. The ambience was okay and just smelled like stale beer and the tables were huge, imagine if you came here alone, it be awkward. But all in all it was a good experience. Thank you! read more

Made my first appearance at The Factory 45 years ago. Some things don't change. Ordered for take out a couple of weeks ago and tonight actually ate there. I swear the place has hardly changed, tables etc are the same. The pizza is just as good as I remember it and ordered a draft beer as well. I have tried delivery from the factory 3 times in 3 years seems to take a year to remember that the pizza is ice cold when it shows up. It might be worth it to go in and try minus the 8 dollar sldelivery fee, but 30 bucks for a 1 topping ice cold pizza 12 inch every time I try is something I joined yelp to warn you off of. I even called in this time as my pizza was 45 minutes late and she said it had been sitting for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick it up but then the driver showed up. Called back to see if they wanted me as a customer anymore and there was nothing they could do for a 30 dollar ice cold pizza. I fed half of it to the dog. read more

What a neat little place! I popped in here for some wings. I looked at some of the pictures of the pizza and decided to try an individual sized too. The wings were pretty good but the pizza was great. It looks like a really cool place to hang out and eat some pizza while tossing back a cold beer. We stopped here after USU graduation for a bite to eat. It was only about 830 and pretty much everything in Logan was closed. Luckily this restaurant was open so we decided to stop here for dinner. This place is a solid pizza place. I liked the thick crust and the toppings tasted good. If I lived here, I would definitely stop by more often. If you have a larger group, they have picnic style tables which could accommodate that easily. read more

What a great find! If you're looking for a "local watering hole" then look no further! From the moment you open the front door which leads to an underground very laid back spot with picnic tables and a large TV . The staff were all very friendly. We ordered a pizza that was sooo good; sourdough crust is just as others have shared-deep dish light and not doughy. First of all this is a deep dish style pizza but the crust is not dense like most people expect. It is in my opinion the fluffiest, lightest, best crust I have ever had and I have boys so we eat a lot of pizza. Don't get the super small personal one as this does not provide enough room for toppings... get the 10" and it is perfect for 1 person with possible leftovers. My husband ate all of his and I had half to take home. The crust is super light... again I think that is my fav part of it all. Oh and don't forget the Root beer! The brand they sell is amazing and so far it's the only place that has it on fountain. This was our second time here and we will be back. My 8 your old LOVES this place. The closest thing you will find to a Chicago deep dish in Utah. While the looks are similar to a Chicago dee dish, the dough is a lot softer and fluffier and it's not as heavy on ingredients. A very unique pie when compared to any other pizza served in the state. read more

This is a really cool hangout place and a great place spend some time with friends. The character is really evident in the tables and the peanuts on the floor and the older, dive bar look all around. I had the pizza and garlic bread when I went and I liked the sauce and the cheese a lot especially with how the toppings are under the cheese (literally my favorite), really reminded me of The Pie in Salt Lake. The crust is really not that great. It's really flavorless and almost takes away from the other flavors on the pizza itself. Their prices are pretty fair and everyone that works there was very friendly, especially considering how packed the place was on a Saturday night. The pizza was okay but when we ordered the alfredo we asked for chicken and clearly got canned chicken that hadn't even so much as been thrown on the grill and to top it off there was hardly any in there! Well I ordered this for lunch based on all of the amazing reviews..... it was not amazing. This pizza is basically a bread bowl with a little bit of cheese on top, and a few pieces of chicken. And basically no sauce. Not a true deep dish. The bread is so weird....and dry. It was weird bread. Very crunchy but airy. I don't know how to explain it. There was like no flavor whatsoever. The garlic bread was good! But different. It was very dry too and used the same bread as the pizza crust. My recommendation is go here so you can have some beer along with it, otherwise you won't like it. read more

I've been ordering pizza every Monday Night Football for a long time. I'm not a person that thinks that I know everything. But I've worked many years in customer service based industries, and specifically restaurants (both delivery chains and sit down pizzerias) - so I like to think I know at least a little bit about what makes a place enjoyable. It's 50% the food and 50% the atmosphere/service. I was simply calling in for a delivery and have never received such terrible service. The person answering the phone was as blank as a chalkboard. When I asked for delivery, he responded with "ok." When I asked about a gameday special I thought I saw advertised with their business, he responded, "I don't think so, but I don't know." When I said I thought I saw it on their website, you guessed it - he responded, "Honestly I don't know. [5 sec pause of silence] Do you want me to ask?" At this point I knew this business obviously didn't want or didn't need my money, so I told him not to worry about it. I put 2 stars instead of 1, because I didn't get the chance to try their food. To me service is just as important. I hope one day I have a desire to try their food (it actually looked pretty good) so I can update this. But for now - definitely not earning business from me anytime soon. read more
