My wife and I decided to go check out the new Firehouse Subs in Windsor. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff. The young lady that took our order was friendly. I ordered the pepperoni pizza meatballs sandwich and my wife ordered the roast beef sandwich with au jus. We both ordered the combo. Our order came out to $47.00! Yikes! This Firehouse in Windsor on East Pointe Plaza is so poorly managed. We went in on a weekday during lunch time, and they weren't busy at all. The order was made incorrectly that was taken by the assistant manager, so it had to be returned to correct. When placing the order, the assistant manager was arguing with another employee and was not paying attention we had to repeat the order several times to her. After it was finally remade the manager came over and rudely insisted that it was our fault that the order was made wrong not her assistant manager. No apology regarding their mistake but instead a very unprofessional, rude, and defensive manager. We will never return to that location again. The location in Fort Collins on Harmony is so much better and managed with professionalism, intelligence and friendly, excellent customer service! read more

I went here for the first time recently and had a truly unpleasant experience. Not only did it take 40 minutes for me to get my Italian sandwich but I also watched what I assume is a manager talk to one of the employees in quite a demeaning tone. We ordered the new Thanksgiving sub... 20.00. We got a stuffing sandwich or a bread sandwich. The cranberry sauce wasn't even close to what cranberry sauce should taste like. The breading was too salty to eat so we decided to take the breading off and we were left with one bite of turkey each. Smaller than a playing card. We through it all in the trash and felt totally ripped off. If you are going to g to advertise on TV then live up to it. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

This is my second time visiting this location and the second experience I've heard where I am leaving under the impression that the entire staff is under the influence of marijuana. We had visited a few other times with some hiccups (someone took our sandwhiches, not the fault of the staff) but today the team was polite, restaurant was clean and got our sandwhiches correct and speedy! I've been really wanting to try this place for a long time and finally took the opportunity to so I Ordered off of DoorDash and I got the steak and cheese with extra cheese and bacon but pretty sure the steak was cooked ham and the bacon was chewy. So just over all disappointed and probably not going to be eating here again. :( read more

Order placed through the firehouse app, no tomato, no deli mustard. Get the order home, tomato and mustard on the sandwhich. Call the store and they can't do a single thing unless we come back. Service was very slow. First cashier overcharged us by about $15 on three sandwiches and couldn't out why so he had to call someone else over. I've been to multiple other locations and this sandwich had almost no meat in comparison for the same sandwich. Took maybe 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches and they got the order wrong. read more

Way too slow. Had a Door dash order take nearly 45 mins to get the driver out the door. Seems crazy for a business trying to gain customers.

Good as expected from any Firehouse, but this location has several issues which are bad for a brand new location. First glaring problem is this location does not have the signature Firehouse Cherry-Limeade. Second, when you walk into the store you can see down the prep line and it's disgusting...almost like the staff prides in having 20% of each sandwich ingredients being dropped onto floor...you could easily sweep up the food on the floor and make about 6 sandwichs. Third the staff seem to all be inmates being forced to work there. A smile, some personality, caring goes a long way in a customer service business. In summary, this location is a Temu version of a normal Firehouse, missed the mark for such a great location. Prepare yourself to be underwhelmed. read more
