However, this is no longer "that dealer" any longer as they have been bought out by a much larger company. I am hearing more and more stories from people in our circle about the business practices and changes at this dealership. Several people took their car in for oil changes and the dealer recommended replacing parts that were new/recently replaced (brakes rotors, etc.) . As such, I would avoid having this dealership do work on your car. If they recommend replacing a new part, this means they have not even looked at it and are just trying to increase parts/service sales. All of the old sales staff have also changed. The new sales people seem pretty nice, but I will find out soon if they have the same customer focus and flexibility as in the past or if this is just another "get every dollar I can" dealership.
