If I could give 0 stars, I would. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want to waste your time and money. Not quite sure how this scammy, shady dealership has a 4.5-star rating when all they do is scam people. They sold my dad a lemon (a Ford F-150) for $18,000, and he has had NOTHING but issues with this piece of junk. Not even four months of owning this garbage vehicle, and the transmission goes out. I have heard now from others that this dealership knowingly sells vehicles with mechanical problems and now my dad, a VETERAN who is also disabled and on fixed income, has to eat $18,000 and/or get a new transmission that could cost up to $7.5k. Awful business. Buyer beware. Seriously. Go anywhere but this useless place. (PS: They then had the audacity to respond to my Google review and LIE and say that they offered my dad to bring in his truck for a diagnostic test -- which they NEVER did. This dealership is as shaddy as they come. They knowingly sell cars that have mechanical issues. They will even clear codes on issues with a vehicle to sell to you as if nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Everyone from the salesman, to the business manager, to the service manager are all shady. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. We bought a vehicle a week and a half ago from this shady dealer and already have had to sensor lights come on. After leasing with Pallotta Wooster for 15 years + I've decided to take my future business elsewhere and here's why. I recently purchased a used F150 which was a certified preowned vehicle with a limited remaining warranty. Buying used I understood the risk that may come with this decision so to give me a piece of mind I purchased the extended warranty as well. All good to this point however the next day when I started the truck " cold start " a sound or a rattle was discovered, I called Pallotta, and they quickly got me in for service within 2 days. However, this is where my experience went bad. I dropped my truck off on a Thursday and was told I could wait for the service to be completed in the waiting area, however I had to be back to work so I asked for them to call me when it was finished. 4pm came and I didn't hear from the garage, so I decided to follow up. The young guy on the phone really didn't have anything to give me because the truck wasn't even looked at yet .... He said that they needed until lunch time Friday to finish up their work and he would call me. Lunch time Friday came and passed so I again called for an update. Same young man answered the call, when I asked him for an update and what was wrong with my truck, he said the technician was out working on it and he would have more information after lunch and would call me back. Guess what no call ever came, so now its 5pm Friday and I still don't even know what is wrong with my truck. I decided to drive up and find out for myself as I didn't want to go the weekend with no vehicle. I arrived at the garage and found the young man I have been calling the past few days. He goes on to tell me that they need to order parts and are checking that everything is covered under warranty etc. At this point I realized that I wasn't getting my truck back for the weekend, so I asked him what he had for me to drive out of the dealership. He replied that it would take until Monday / Tuesday to locate a rental for me. I was left with little to no choice but to pull my vehicle out of their garage and take it home so I would have a vehicle for the weekend. I told the young man that a loaner vehicle could have been available if the handling of the repair was fully understood on their end when the truck was dropped off Thursday. I tried reaching out to the service manager, but she was " gone for the day " so I got ahold of the Sales manager. He couldn't improve the rental car situation, however he offered to drop the 100$ warranty deductible I owed for the warranty repair that was ongoing " Thank you ". He also said he would submit a case to Ford to drop my 1st payment off due to the headaches surrounding these issues. Instead of him calling me to tell me that Ford rejected his request he had my sales guy text me this info... The text pretty much said Ford rejected his request due to " Stupid Red Tape ", however the Sale Manager went on to say he would have the 1st payment removed ... not sure how you can alter an agreement that I signed with the bank, but I went with it. However, ive reached out several times since this text to get details on when it would be applied, however I'm still awaiting response. I had zero issues ever buying NEW with this dealership, the red-carpet treatment was in full effect. Treatment was top notch each time I walked in to spend 60k+ ....simply NO carpet comes out if you're spending 30K+ on a used vehicle, in fact they only had 1 set of keys and I had to again follow up with the dealership to get a replacement key made. " They sent a mobile key maker to my work, and he cut me a key while I waited really cool service " Lastly when my truck was being repaired, they went ahead and took care of the 4 active recalls that were issued and still active on the truck that they just sold me?? I must wonder what the minimum requirements are on the Preowned Certified vehicles on this lot and how does a dealership sell a vehicle with active recalls? After 2 full weeks and no communication from there side, a full engine pull to replace my rattling cams and to correct the 4 active recalls, they still had the nerve to asked for the payment of the 100$ owed for the deductible on the warranty. I wrote a really long first part of my bad experience with the dealership but overall, they sold me an illegal vehicle and didn't try to help until I called the bank that financed the Mustang and told them the situation and they all of a sudden wanted to help me after the bank contacted them. Do not go to this dealership at all, they are unprofessional and will not try to help you at all until you take action in your own hands from a legal standpoint. read more

Found out 2 weeks after purchasing a certified pre-owned car that there is a $100 deductible for EVERY instance where I have to bring it in for warranty service. It was NEVER mentioned. Two weeks into ownership the check engine light comes on, NOW I find out. The diagnostic fee alone will be $100 each time. Go somewhere else!!!!! They are fraudulent!!!!!!! read more

I lost a lot of trust in this dealership. My experience has been nothing but a headache with more questions left unanswered. Amanda (who recently quit) told me that replacing the turbo in my 2013 Escape would 100% fix the smoke from my exhaust. After arguing that I already replaced the turbo, she insisted. She said the turbo would 100% fix the issue. Luckily I recorded the phone call because the new turbo did not fix the issue. So they ended up replacing the head too, free of charge. He head haf three cracks in it.. Wouldn't you know it, that still didn't fix the issue. It definitely helped, but my vehicle still burns oil, and smokes like a chimney on start up. We even put premium 5w30 in it, but I'm still having the same issue. I called the owner Mike Pollatta, and never heard back. They were not able to replicate the issue, and said unless I return everything to stock, they can't work on my vehicle. I cut the muffler off and have a blow off valve on my turbo. They said to remove the "tune" which just makes me question their knowledge of the cars they work on. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for engine repair. This Ford dealership doesn't know what they are talking about, and they are pinching pennies to save on labor and parts. read more

Great service on our 2004 Ford F250 6.0 Diesel truck. The cost was lower than expected and everyone there excelled at customer service. Walt provided an entertaining yet relaxing ride home from the dealership and back to pick up the truck when it was finished. Tyler did the actual work on the auto hubs and ABS....both issues are resolved. In and out in the time they promised. Will definitely return here for service! read more

The sales process was smooth. After the sale service was terrible. The MKT I purchased was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Come to find out the CPO service was not properly done , if done at all. The rear brakes were below minimum standards and the left rear axle bearing was so bad it had to be cut off the be replaced. Both of these services had to be done at another dealer as Pallotta would not accept responsibility; the owner never returned my call as requested and was told would happen. Lincoln stepped in and covered the cost. I had the car serviced once at Pallotta. I made the appointment for 0900AM, a transmission service. The car was not ready until 3:00 PM that afternoon. I am told the transmission service is a 1.5 hour job. ill never return and if you do its your own darn fault!! read more
