Family owned and operated for generations. I came here 3 times while I was passing thru they do alot of things well. The BYO burger upgraded to Bison is a rarity and a must. The Fried Chicken sandwich is hearty and balanced with the horseradish, tomato, pickles. It doesn't even need cheese. Rocky Mountain oysters and tender with just enough chew. The breaded cheese curds hold up well to dipping sauces which most normal curds dont. Rocker sauce is good, but never figured out what was in it. Tangy, sweet. Loved the Wedge salad, the ranch was outstanding. Prime rib after 5pm, upgrade your sides to loaded baked potato and a wedge side salad, it's worth it. The 10 oz is more like 12 and the 16 oz is more like 18. Great crust and seasoning, zesty horseradish. Wall to wall pink, tender, juicy. No sauces here like au poive or a bernaise.
