Could have used a heaping more of the shaved cheese. -the fondue was ok, seemed still under seasoned or just not creamy enough? They talk too much and don't serve food in a timely manner. To wait an hour and a half is ridiculous. In general, the food preparation is ok. Fresh, but ok. My suggestion would be to dress up the presentation more than just putting it on the plate - it's an art that makes good Sushi special, and this doesn't do it for me! While it's decent, for Montana, it's not west coast Sushi and service staff needs an overhaul.
