Basically, I called Scott out of the blue and asked him to plan a week vacation to Hawaii that needed to happen in about a month for 2 adults and two children, he handled that, and then I wanted to add 2 more adults and change the departing airport. Then I wanted to change the type of room we were staying in, but couldn't decide if we were going to stay in a suite or two rooms. The entire time I was asking for guidance he was obliging and fit in all our needs. I have never used a travel agent before, and in my opinion based on this first interaction, it is highly worth it. Finding plane tickets for 6 people would have been a headache, let alone a resort, and a car rental. Glad I put it in the hands of a professional who was very accommodating to my family's needs.
