I went in for an alignment, and I was told I had a few issues which were front and back brakes and also tire rotation. when the car was picked up the check engine light was on so I brought it back up there and spoke with a worker who claimed he would take the code off if his boss gave him permission. He acted as though he was calling the boss made sure that I see him talking on the phone supposedly to his boss. He got off and I asked did the boss see the light on he replied " the boss did not remember." Afterwards I showed the worker a video from maybe 30 minutes before and no check engine light was on. He had no words. I decided to call cooperate and filed a complaint I was told the manager would be giving me a call within a certain of amount of time. I never received a follow up call. I call cooperate back and it was notated that I could not be reached so I called the store spoke with the manager who is very condescending and I barely could speak without it being a debate. I called cooperate back because I received an email from the genral manager asking was my check engine light still on? I responded to the email asking if he and I could speak in person also called the number listed on email I have yet to hear from Tom. A few minutes after hanging up with cooperate, I'm in my garage a family and I and we hear something weird going on in my front yard it a grey Mazda peeling out of my yard. Weird I thought we jumped in the vehicle to follow behind the car to get the license plate number. The car is speeding at times and finally we caught up to the car on Bristol he was pulled into the church backwards as soon as we got up to the driveway the Mazda just turns out I was a bit confused because why would the guy that works at Firestone be at my home doing donuts in my yard. I did get the license plate and the name of the person whom the title is for. I'm still confused so I wanted to make sure that was the guy.I go to Firestone and I'm looking around to see if I see the worker, but I don't see him or the car. So the manager approached and I let him know I'm coming to see if I see the guy that was driving the Mazda because he looked like the worker the manager swears it's not and proceeds to ask me because I explained I had the title looked up. He says I will look it up for you we go in store and he says that car has never been here. Theres another worker there and he jokes and says are you sure it is not this guy? I say no it is not he says how does the guy look. A short guy with glasses. The manage says how was his hair? I said" its short" my nephews says "almost bald" manager takes his phone out and shows a picture of a worker and I say show him (my nephew) because he did not come with me or see the worker. He shows my nephew the picture of the absent worker he shows the picture to my nephew after seeing my nephews face I knew something was wrong. He turns the phone to me and all I can say is Oh! My Lord! It's the worker. I went to Bristol Street and was more than happy because it's so many people on the street who was very cooperative and there's cameras everywhere I have spoken to a few people since I posted on social media, and I am disbelief. What was he coming to do? Had my nephew not been there what was his plans? I have like 13 nephews that loves their Great Aunt and someone is always with me Thanks be to God. Had I known before getting the license plate it would have been a different outcome all behind a complaint. A company as big as Firestone hires stalkers, bullies and no telling whom else they have tried the scare tactic with. I did post the license on my page and was contacted by someone saying she knows who the car belongs too. I am waiting for cooperate to get back to me. This will definitely not be tolerated. Someone could have possibly been hurt that day. The police are looking into things because there's cameras everywhere he went. I will be filing a FOIA to receive additional footage myself AND JUST AS SHOW AS GOD IS MY PROTECTOR EVERYONE INVOLVED WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN THEMSELVES. I have lost trust in Firestone at 3865 Stagg Drive, and I will take Tim Bosio's advice not to come back. David was impatient with me and processed the wrong order Sunday, March 17, 2024, and had me to pay out of pocket. So now the Affrim loan was processed March 18th. I am paying twice for the same tire. Tim said I will be refunded by Affirm because he selected refund on the app. I don't know if that was going to happen. I want assurance this will happen. On a separate note, a guy name Mike researched the area issue March 19th and called the manager to bring him up to speed. I didn't need the excuses from Tim about them being understaffed and working long hours. I'm a teacher and I do the same. I didn't need Tim's health issues explained to me. I have my own. Completely ridiculous pricing here at Firestone. They tried to charge my aunt over $900 for a single driving wheel barring and an alignment. Unbelievable, at first they said $600 which was already high as it is. Thankfully they didn't start and we took best imports and they did it for less than $200. I went to Firestone on 8/23 for a low tire. I asked if they could fix it and was told no, not anytime soon. They set me an appointment for the next day. They also said if I would pull up to a bay they would air up my tire just in case. I went in front of a bay and the same person walked past my car four times over a 10 minute span. I gave up and aired up the tire at home. The next day I arrived for my appointment. After waiting and no on showing any interest in my car, I asked how much longer. I was told "automotive repair is not an exact science" and had no idea how long I would wait. I was also told my appointment made no difference. I gave 2 stars as their waiting area is clean. If you like clean waiting areas and do not have to worry about time, then they might work for you. read more

Should you have a problem or issue with service, approach Daryl in a professional manner and I assure you that he will make it his goal to rectify the issue. This gentleman drove 20 miles to my home (after work hours) to fix my problem all the while keeping me informed via phone or text. A few weeks back I had a small accident late on a Friday afternoon. The immediate issue I was aware of was that the guard/shield under the front of my Altima was hanging/dragging (in a manner to where it was undrivable). Being as I was very motivated to try to address the damage before Monday, I decided (against my better judgment and against several prior bad experiences) to have my car towed to the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Beaumont and have them assess and repair the damage. I regret this decision so very much. The whole situation was a massive headache, rife with horrible quality and disgusting customer service. Despite being told it would take three or four days to get the vehicle back, I did not receive my Altima back until a full week later. Even then, the work was not done properly or as I requested, and I had to take the vehicle back on two separate occasions to have the work (mostly) completed. Each time, the work was not finished in a timely manner, causing both my wife and I to miss time from work. On a more general note, the staff at this Firestone (well, at least this one) is very unprofessional, uncourteous, and lackluster. I received more calls from them where I did not receive a voicemail than where they did leave one; this seems like gross negligence from a business. Every person I dealt with from this Firestone either fits a categorization of apathetic and unengaged or rude, confrontational, and argumentative (about mistakes and errors their own company made!). Then when I went to provide Firestone with feedback regarding this poor experience, I was met with further frustration. First off, the online submission form was not nearly long enough to properly detail my experience. Secondly, it apparently did not even transmit all of the content I submitted, even though I was clearly under the stated character limit. Lastly, upon receiving a reply email from Firestone (even though in my online submission I specifically asked to be called to further discuss my experience) where I was asked again for information I had already taken time to give, I responded saying that I did not wish to further spend time typing my account of or feelings about this experience; I wanted to be contacted via phone as I requested in my original submission. To this I received a reply saying that the specific representative was unable to do this. If Firestone, as a company, had any level of competence or degree of commitment to quality customer service, that agent would have been trained to forward my information to someone who could call me. But instead, I am left to air my grievances on the internet as it is abundantly apparent that Firestone does not care. In a way, I am glad I had this experience. It has, with much resonance, reminded me of why I had stopped using Firestone many years ago. The Firestone "triple promise guarantee" is either a mean, sarcastic joke or a nominally rhetorical sales tool with no muscle to back it. This most recent blunder echoes of prior terrible experiences I have had with this company, and I will never spend another dime with Firestone again! read more

Beware!!! I was in on Feb.5, 2019 to have my tires rotated and balanced, tires are fine only 20k miles on the tires. Good tread, good condition etc.. Returned on Fed.26, 2019 because I felt it was out of balance. I was told i didnt have a balance problem, I needed new tires!! Not happening! Got a second opinion my tires are fine. Do not replace your battery here! I brought my Honda Civic with a bad battery there to fix. When they replaced my battery, a memory saver is in place to hold the computers electronics programming. It didnt. My cars backup camera now turns on when not in reverse and interior light turns on randomly. I brought it back to Firestone and they explained the memory saver does not always hold the programming. I asked if they could fix, they said they didn't even have the capabilities. So here's the disclaimer these assholes don't tell you, we may screw up yours cars electronics programming during a battery change and can't reverse it if we do. Really ticked off with this place. Came in at 7 a.m. Sat 3-15-20014, and was told i would have to wait several hours. The service writer suggested instead that i schedule an appointment. I did, for 3pm sane day. Got there on time and turned over the keys and was told about two hiurs. I waited and waited and waited some more. 90 minutes after my appointment a tech was starting to pull in my car. I stopped him and went to talk to the pimple-faced boy who checked me in. He saud he had put the service order out for the tachs but "i guess" they didn't see it. He fumbled for words when i asked him why he didn't say something when he saw my car had not been moved. As i proceeded to ream him out the chubby little co-worker kept butting in even after i told her to shut up. I'll have to go back a third time to get my car serviced as i did not want to wait another 90 minutes to two hours as i seethed with anger. This place is a joke. Called yesterday to schedule an appointment. Got here today 30 mins before the time at 930 he said if I did they would be able to get to it earlier. 1045 they finally get to it. Here at 1105 they come in and say they ordered the wrong tires. I asked the guy what he could do to make it better he said nothing. Won't be coming back here. His name Mike Freeman manager of tires. Well... I've been trying to get my truck inspected there for MONTHS, to no avail. I went in with a coupon for the inspection that corporate mailed to my house. They told me they couldn't honor it because it was corporate and not honored by their franchise. I get that: it happens across all industries. Not fair to franchisees, but I understand. HOWEVER, they next told me they couldn't do the inspection because it had been raining and they couldn't test the brakes (?!?!?). Next time, same answer. Next time: test machine is down. Next time: mechanic who does inspections is put. Over the course of several weeks, it's been a combo of rain, equipment and staffing. We're repeat CLIENTS fergadssake! I finally got it inspected at a little mom-and-pop with no probs whatsoever. Only thing that saved this from being a 1 star was that they were really polite about disappointing me... read more

Review on the Firestone on Stagg Drive. Beaumont, Texas First off. A month ago my wife takes her car to firestone just to get her brakes checked and replaced. Well, they call her within the next hour and tell her that all this stuff that she supposily needs and that they couldn't shave the rotors and they had to be replaced and all these fluid changes and etc. Not sure of what all the stuff that they said she needed but, it totaled up to around $1800. We just wanted her brakes done. We took it to Mineke and they laughed at the qooute they gave her b/c she showed them the firestone print out. They ended up shaving her rotors and only changing the brakes that needed to be changed. Total at Mineke was $250. Following that... I brought my truck in to them this weekend b/c my front breaks were pretty much gone. They call me after doing the brake check. They tell me that I need new rotors on my front and back. They said my front brakes were completely gone.. which I new that. They said they couldn't shave them and that I needed rear breaks b/c they were 95% gone. I knew that was wrong so, I just asked to have my front brakes done. They said they wouldn't do just the front ones b/c the rear one's were bad as well and they needed to be replaced. On top of that they said I needed a new shaft on the front along with a complete brake flush. The total estimate on that was $2,000. Remember, I just wanted my front brakes changed. That's it. I ended up picking my truck up and taking it to Goodyear Autocare and after there 29 point inspection. They said that my front rotors needed to be shaved, which firestone said they couldn't do... They also said that my rear brakes were good for a good bit longer. That they're 50% gone. So, I didn't need to change them unless I wanted. They said that my rear rotors were good, just had a little brake dust on them that the would clean off. I showed them the estimate from firestone and they laughed. Everytime Me or my wife takes our vehicle to firestone..nomatter what even if it's just an oil change. They always end up calling and trying to push extra stuff on us. I have friends that say the same thing. I can say that won't be back to Firestone. I can say that the employees are always polite but, I think it's b/c they want to make you trusting in them while their putting it to you. We have a firestone card and I know that they look at how much you have available on the card and that's when they start adding a bunch of crap thinking that you will just charge it. No telling how much other customers have spit out when they come in just for a simple service. My brake service at Goodyear was $522 total. Compared to $2,051 at Firestone. read more
