I have used this business for the last 20 years and today was my last visit…read more Last time I was at the shop the owner short with me. I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back.

Great experience here, highly recommend…read more I would highly recommend them for vehicle service. I live about the same distance from most Volkswagen dealerships in the Houston and Beaumont areas. I read the reviews from previous customers and decided to make the drive to Beaumont (67 miles) to have a Check Engine Light evaluated on my VW TDI. I got there at 0730 Monday after driving through some nasty rain. First, I was able to drive into the service area, out of the rain and was pleasantly greeted by Andrea who said they would try to work me in since I didn't have an appointment. I was able to wait comfortably in their well stocked waiting area. I had internet, tv and a quiet place to relax. There were several customers who had appointments that were promptly taken care of. I was glad to see that they were taken care of quickly. Everyone there was super nice to me while I waited. I had settled in thinking I was going to be there awhile but Andrea approached me after about 2 hours and said my car was done, they had replaced 2 glow plugs which were covered under warranty (2012 Jetta) and there was no charge. This experience made my early get up, nasty drive and not knowing what the problem was very pleasant. I would definitely go back for service and will plan on shopping there for my next Volkswagen.

I told NIck Sorenson that all I needed was GAP…read morebecause I did not have it on my current vehicle that flooded, I was upside down and would probably have to pay 2 car notes to keep my credit straight. NIck came back and told me my note would be about $520 I asked him if he added the GAP and he said no it would probably go up a few dollars. After a while I was called back to sign paperwork. I was told I was given DOTS to tell my car insurance and that I had oil changes too. I signed where I was told to sign and went home. I checked my paperwork again because I did not understand why my note was higher than I expected and I had put $3500 down. That was when I saw I was not GIVEN anything, I paid for it. They put all these extras on my note before I was shown my paperwork because my note was already high and nobody asked me if I wanted anything. I was given Appearance protection for $1495, Data Dots for $995, and a car care maintenance plan for $1500 on top of my GAP that I said was all I needed. That's an extra $3990 of fluff that I did not want or need. I called Thursday to talk to the Sales manager Devin about the extra $3900 in services I was GIVEN and he never called me back. I would have to be SLOW to agree to all these extras knowing that I put $3500 down, that ate up my down payment plus $400. I have not purchased a vehicle in the Golden Triangle since 2008 when I bought at 2007 Camry from Philpott. Since then I have driven to Houston to get a vehicle. The first time I get a vehicle from this area for convenience I am baboozled. I do not care to hear back from Doggett unless they are willing to redo my paperwork minus these un necessities. It cannot be buyers remorse when you did not know you are buying it. They have to paperwork put together where you sign saying you know you are buying these services but nothing was highlighted for you to see. I did not know what I was paying for and I did not want nor need these at all.
