Incredible! My husband and I got a flat tire at 9pm on a road trip. I called the next morning, and they were able to see me as soon as they opened at 8am. We were back on the road with a new tire by 9:30am. All the staff members were very kind and explained clearly what was wrong (our tire had wall damage). The manager gave me a great price on the replacement tire and labor. They helped us out of a pretty bad jam so quickly, I am very grateful! read more

So took girlfriends call up for an oil change which we had an appointment at 2. We waited there 30 minutes before asking how long. Austin an employee said 45 minutes to a hour. which is ridiculous for an oil change! Ended up walking over to the mall to waste a little time come back 2.5 hours and it still isn't done yet it's in air on lift. I'm now annoyed and says 2.5 hours that's ridiculous and was told i could file a complaint. I asked do you fucking have any and was told no. so here I am annoyed and pissed so once it was finally brought out I asked the tech guy name unknow and was told i could write A review online which I normally don't do but thought it was necessary. terrible wait for a oil change which maybe 30 minutes to do with a floor jack not a lift and trained employees! read more

I was stranded 30 miles out of Erie. Car was towed, these guys accepted it and got to work on it very next morning. The total for fuel pump mod replacement was somewhat expensive (the module was 500.00), however they did a great job and I was able to get travelling the next day. Thanks guys, great work and effort. I always go here for any tire needs and alignment. Always kind and courteous and they do their best when they are busy.

Typically they get the job done quickly. I have had a few times where the wait was a little long, but in this type of business (auto repair) it comes with the territory. I have been using these guys for over three years now. I have never had them do any damage to my vehicle and the have always been honest. I have their lifetime alignment and tire rotations package. I have not been disappointed with this special or with any of the personnel here. A few words of advice, give yourself an hour (at least) of cushion if you are on a schedule and try to have something to do at the mall, because it does get kind of boring just sitting in the waiting room and sometimes it does run over and the tv doesn't have very many stations. read more

Our car broke down while we were on vacation. We needed it fixed the same day because our boat was on the lake. Dan and Taylor at Firestone were extremely attentive and made sure they had the part and assured me that they would stay late, if needed, to repair our car same day and they delivered. I just found out that a year ago this location was supposed to have done a right lower ball joint on my vehicle they did not but they charged me for it the paperwork says they did the left one that's funny it's been done five times in the last year and a half and each time it was done it had a lifetime guarantee on it my mechanic warned me about this location I was interested in one thing... A lifetime warranty on my newly inspected car for alignment only! They screwed it up twice and now Fire stone is standing behind their store I'm out raged and if we were not in a state of pandemic I might be able to find the state police to go up and check them out, and bring another argument to our states attorney general I think it's time to pick it outside their location! read more

Absolutely wonderful service. We were driving to Maine from Ohio and two hours into the drive we realized that our car needed to be checked as it was wobbling terribly. Googled a tire service off of 90E and this company came up. Got there just around 8 am. From beginning to end, exceptional courteous service. They got us right in, even gave us a ride to a coffee place where we could get breakfast while we waited. An hour later, brand new tires, tires balanced, oil changed and wipers fixed. Service is slow and estimations for completion of work are off by 5+ hours. Received a call at 8 am that the car would be ready soon. Received a call at 10:30 that the car was almost done and that the car could be retrieved. Came in, was told the car was almost ready. Was told at 12:30 that the car was nearly done. Was told at 1:30 that the car was nearly done. Was told at 2:30 that the car was nearly done, all they needed to do was drive around the block. Looked in the open bay doors at 3:00 and saw that the car was not being worked on. Was told that the car then needed to be driven to Edinboro to "turn off a light." Am currently still waiting for the car to be finished, though it is sitting in the bay being ignored. At this point I can't help but think the mechanics are intentionally wasting time completing the car in order to increase the labor costs. The car was supposedly ready four and a half hours prior to this review being completed and the car is still not done. The car was dropped off overnight and we were told that it would be one of the first to be worked on. Overall, I strongly recommend you avoid this location. Technicians are either entirely incompetent or are intentionally racking up the price to take advantage of their customers. Poor service, untrustworthy. read more

I went in for new tires and an alignment. They tried to tell me I had $1600 worth of parts and labor that needed fixed (tie rods/balljoints). I work on my own vehicle as well as others as my grandfather has been a mechanic his whole life. I had lifted my car and checked everything AND I had already replaced the tie rods and upper and lower ball joints recently, and the other 2 mechanics I spoke with agreed I don't need anything that they said at firestone. Extremely disappointed, could have just said they didn't want to do a 4 wheel alignment. Why would you put new tires on a car that needs all of that? They're out for money. Despite having a bit of a negative experience, they did their best to make it right. My estimate was off due to a tire size error. I received a call explaining that they had other available tires, but $120 more. I had the work done. After completing their online review, I was given a call by the manager to express his concern in making it right. He didn't credit me for the original estimate, but he did split the difference. Fire stone at the mill creek mall is a scam.All they are interested in is giving you a bunch of false analysis of what is wrong with your vehicle, claiming one thing but not the truth. They overcharge, and then tell you of other issues that don't exist at all. After feeling like their diagnosis was a bit unbelievable, I took my car to my normal mechanic. He was blown away by the pricing, and after a thorough inspection, discovers that many of the things they said were sorely needed, were totally false. Save your money, and although they may seem convenient time wise, they will try their best to drain your wallet with false statements. read more

I blow out a tire on my motorcycle trailer on the way from New York to North Carolina. I called the store and they had a tire in stock. They quickly changed the tire, checked the tire pressure and torque on the other tires and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes! The service was excellent and i couldn't have been more happy! Taylor set me up with an appointment on the same day I called. They were busy but he said they could get the tires on by the end of the day. Couple hours later I got a call the job was done. Quick, on time and right on with the original estimate. They even reminded me my tie-rod will need replaced (which I was aware of) and they included an estimate just in case. I took my car to the Firestone center near the Millcreek Mall due to a break problem. They said the bleeders were frozen and the calipers would have to be replaced. I was quoted about $700. A few weeks earlier the vehicle was serviced at Firestone's for around $800, also a break job. The two problems were unrelated, however, I now question the first job. Since I could not afford the second high fee, I had the car towed to Lehman's Airport Service. He opened the bleeders & did the job for about $240. I would never return to Firestone for any service. read more
