Sosa and his people solved a 9 month mystery. Thought tires from another vendor were faulty, and three (3!) other auto repair shops had agreed. Thought we needed new tires from Firestone. Sosa went for a test drive with me and noticed something, and his tech found a broken brake caliper. Another great experience at this Firestone location. From from the time I called till the time I drove away from the service station it was less than an hour. Walked out to my car getting ready for the gym and I had a flat tire. Quickly got out my tire inflator, inflated the tire and drove to the service center. I did call before I arrived and they said they would do their best to squeeze me in as I told them I had to go somewhere tomorrow. I was greeted professionally and pleasantly by Esduardo. he showed me that there was a screw in my tire. Removed the tire and patched it from the inside. Another great experience. I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever! Before arriving, I ran diagnostics on my vehicle and communicated the issue in detail over the phone. I was provided a price based on that information. When I arrived, the total was more than two hundred dollars higher with no warning, no explanation, and no clear communication of what had changed. I was also met with unnecessary pushback from the mechanics when I asked clarifying questions about the problem and the recommended repairs. As a woman dealing with car issues, this felt condescending and dismissive and only reinforced the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. When checking out, I was given a printed receipt that does not match the total I paid. The numbers do not add up and there is no justification for the difference. I was told an accurate, itemized receipt would be emailed to me. I have requested it twice and still have not received anything. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. This situation has left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of, and it reflects extremely poorly on this location and on Firestone as a whole. read more

Just save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. Service writer seemed to careless about helping me and my wife with our tire trouble. After having the car for 6 hours, they called and said that they can't repair the tire. Maybe they were understaffed I'm not sure, but just going to move on to the next place to a business that cares about the customer. read more

This firestone is better than the firestone at Cleveland. Not sure why this doesn't have greater reviews than the other one. They did a really good job with my car. I'm glad I am closer to this firestone. Great service for great value. The service requested and yet received went way beyond my expectations. I cannot afford a new splash shield at the moment to protect my engine so I asked them if they can do anything to put it back up, please do. Had my splash shield drag because of a flood yesterday and they put it back up, yet it looks way beyond my expectations. The last time this happened, I have went to another firestone prior and they did it in such a lazy way that my splash shield would blow, wobble, and bounce the same way the bed shakes when two dogs hump. When I drive, the splash shield is super stable (with this Firestone). Went from driving a floppy disk to a hard drive. Thank you. read more

We have Firestone tires so we went to fire stone as there was a leak next to the valve stem. They made up some excuse as to why they couldn't fix the tire. They said they had two guys "look" at it and never tried to take the tire off! It might've had something to do with the fact that it was Friday afternoon and they didn't want to be bothered. read more

I went in for 2 new tires and they told me it would be ready before they close. I got there 30 min before they close and waited i see they start closing there door and they tell me they can not get it done. Finally they finish and give me my car back. I notice my car was shaking when I drive over 60 mph. Went back the next day on Saturday to tell them to check the tires and they said they are busy. So they gave me a appointment for Wednesday. I just arrive here and they told me again that they are busy and told me that they can not get to me till next Monday. I would never again come to the place worst service I have ever seen. I really hate writing bad reviews and I almost never do however this needed to be noted. I called to have my freon drained because I need my ac compressor changed which I can do myself and I told them all of this. He quoted me over the phone for 49.99 after nearly 2 hours I was shown a bill for 125$. I actually laughed out loud and asked if he was kidding. Said that they did and inspection and that it was 79.99 I never asked for the inspection I KNOW what is wrong with my car. I needed a freon drain and that was it... He took the bill back and said he would see what he can do... 20 minutes later he said it would only be the 49.99 however I am STILL sitting here at the shop and my car is not done... Battery went out and I needed a replacement and an installation. On Firestones website they have "special internet pricing" for their batteries which start at 79.99 for their cheapest option + 15$ for installation which brings it to 95$. I called their company and spoke with Lloyd. He advised me the cheapest option would be a 125$ option with installation would have it at about 140$. I told him about the online option and he advised me he didn't know anything about that and what he saw was what my options were. Thinking I was mistaken I rechecked Firestones website. I found out they actually email you a quote and you take that quote into the store and that's how the pricing works. So I called again to make sure that I was right this time and I spoke to someone else this time (I think his name was Greg?). I told him about the online pricing and that I had the quote and did he know what I was talking about. He said he did, I gave him the price and the product name and had him check his system. He then said the particular battery (The 79.99 one) he didn't keep in stock and since it was Saturday he wouldn't be able to get it in until Monday (?????) He said he was sorry. I've been to this repair shop for many years. I've given them the benefit of the doubt a number of times, but it's always the same bait and switch. Had an appointment scheduled online to get new tires. Get to the store the next morning after rearranging my schedule and getting a ride, and of course the tires I ordered they don't have in stock and cannot get? It only costs an additional $400 to get the tires they do have. When it came to my brakes, the visit before, same issue. Paid for lifetime brakes, but ended up paying $1000 additional dollars because it needed so much more. Called corporate and complained, they told me that I would have a credit at the same location, so went there to get an oil change to use the credit. Manager said credit didn't exist after showing him emails from the corporate office. Again, this is after the service provided and I ended up paying again. Won't ever use them again. Unfortunate, because other locations seem to value the customer. read more

I scheduled an appointment online, it was confirmed within 30 minutes, and I met the friendly/efficient staff first thing Monday morning.
